Train, Train, Train

Leo woke up everyday at 5 AM to complete his daily quest. Before going to school, school wasn't his best part however he tried to study and get good grades. He would get looks from time to time however no one would pounce after seeing Ji-Ho being with him 24/7. Leo didn't know but apparently Ji-Ho was famous for fighting but he never got a chance to show it.

After school he would go to the gym to do 1 on 1 coaching lessons on boxing. His coach decided to start with boxing and then turn into wrestling when Leo had achieved good technique and understanding. After that he would get a short lesson into bulking up which he gladly listened to.

Leo had to lean bulk which meant putting on muscle and fat at the same time however a low amount of fat. Little did the coach know he had a monthly quest to gain 8kg and it would not be easy, therefore Leo decided to dirty bulk. This meant he would eat whatever he wanted to gain calories, this meant fast food etc. Usually you would eat 300 calories over maintenance on a bulk however to gain 8kgs in a month he required to eat 900, this would result in more fat gains. While bulking he also incorporated powerlifting and some calistenichs to build muscle.

Leo also incorporated his own flexibility workout at home to improve his flexibility. It's important to be flexible when doing Grappling which was a good choice. After this grueling routine he would try to rest 8 hours to recover himself.

2 weeks later..

After 2 weeks of hard training he would see immense improvement. All of his boxing skills had entered the C rank. He had also gained 6kg.

Leo opened his status window and was greeted with some decent stats. However the strange thing was that he had gained a title?

Leo was pleased when he saw the titles effects. This would help him immensely.

After 2 weeks he could now spar with members of the gym. When he first entered the gym to spar Otto he was surprised by the lack of members. However the past few weeks has been full of people coming and going due to the gym being the only one in the area.

Most people lost interest after a few sessions however Leo and three other guys would be left. He didn't know much other than their names and simply ignored them. Until he got a sparring offer by a man named Johnny. Leo didn't know the details but had heard he started training to protect his family for some reason. He was also a fellow American however ignored Leo's existence.

Leo agreed to the spar and got ready. Johnny was a grappler and Leo would use this to his advantage. He would have the advantage as long as he didn't get tackled or forced to the ground.

Johnny was a bigger dude however that didn't stop Leo from dominating. With his great reach Leo would pounce repeatedly after doing his jab-Cross combination. When Johnny attempted to tackle Leo he would only throw a calf kick or dodge to put distance between himself. The fight ended after Leo got close and weaved under Johnny's Hook before unleashing a deadly Uppercut which left the 40 year old knocked out.
