Leo was receiving a lot of attention from the locals however he wasn't well known in the country yet. That would change in the future though.
After the match Leo returned home where he instantly went to bed after the tiring day. That night he slept like he was in heaven.
Leo had skipped school for almost a month and had to return or he would get expelled. He was debating whether or not to drop out of school and completely focus on MMA. Afterall it was a guaranteed success with his system.
Leo woke up and decided to go to school even though he missed a lot of exams. His uncle was getting worried and started reminding Leo to return to school constantly.
"Hopefully the principal doesn't nag at me" He thought while jogging to school in his uniform.
He entered the school gates and was met with a huge crowd of students looking at him in disbelief.
"The fuck?" Leo murmured and looked at all the students.
"Y-you are that MMA fighter right on YouTube??" A korean boy said.
"I am.." Leo said slowly wondering how people recognized him.
Leo was clueless and wondered how people recognized him. Turns out it's pretty easy to spot a 6'3 blonde foreigner in school however Leo was oblivious to this fact.
"Well this is pretty nice, I'm basically famous already" Leo thought and walked around the school.
He walked into his classroom and the teacher immediately called him out.
"Oi you brat! Go to the principals office now!" He exclaimed.
"Yeah yeah calm down" Leo said.
He then walked to the principals office with confidence.
"Nice if I get expelled now I have an excuse for uncle" He murmured while walking up the stairs.
Leo opened the door and was greeted by the principal sitting on his chair. He had a bald spot on the top of his head and a suit on.
"What's the occasion?" Leo said after seeing the suit.
"You brat.. how can you not come to school in a MONTH?" He shouted with a frown on his face.
"Sorry I've got other dreams" Leo quickly replied.
"You know fighting won't give you a single penny. I suggest you study and get a job instead" He replied.
"Yeah study until im 26 and then have a shit job thats boring. Smart" Leo scoffed.
"Y-y-you imbecile!" The principal said angrily.
The principal hated people without a proper job and thought it would lead to a bad life. It's also shameful to not have a job or having a job with low income in Korea.
"You must think I will be here forever. Altough Korea is cool and all its not for me so I will be returning to the states soon" Leo continued.
"I'm expelling you" the principal said in a fit of rage.
He expected Leo to be sad and ask for forgiveness however it was the complete opposite.
"There's no way I'm sucking up to this old man" Leo thought.
"Alright but enjoy your boring life here. I'll be living my life to the fullest and have fun" Leo replied to the principal before throwing his stained uniform into the trashcan and leaving the office.
"That fucking brat I couldn't even get a connection to his uncle. I will watch as he turns homeless" he exclaimed after Leo left.
Leo walked out of the school with his shoulders high. Now he could focus on MMA without a worry in the world. He then walked home whistling to tell his uncle the "great" news.
"Uncle.. I know you wanted me to finish school but that principal expelled me" Leo said when entering his room.
"What will you do now Leo.." His uncle replied thinking he was the one at fault.
"Don't worry uncle, I can assure you that MMA will pay the bills." Leo said proudly and sat down next to Robert.
"Pay the bills? I highly disagree.." Robert said with a frown.
"Haha, I'll win this tournament and get 10k of the bat and a chance of a sponsorship deal" He quickly replied.
"And what if you don't win!? Leo life isn't that easy, altough you are good I doubt that you can win" Robert said with a dissatisfied look.
"Wanna bet, how about you buy me a car if i win?" Leo asked.
"Fine, there's no way you're winning it anyways." Robert continued.
"Haha, don't turn back on it" Leo said and left the room.
"You're not winning anyways" Robert shouted.
Leo then went to the gym to train and upgrade some skills after he had saved up to 1800 points.
