In a world where the humans lived with four other intelligent races, Dragons, Phoenix, Demons and Elves conflict was everywhere. The rule of jungle applies to the world where the strong preyed on the weak. The Divinities were the highest respected members of the society. Divinities were beings who had the ability to utilize mana in the atmosphere to cast Magic that has enough power to change the landscape of the world.
Lucius, the protagonist, faced the Divinity exams at the age of 16, a mandatory exam that he must take since he had turned 16. Despite expecting failure, an unexpected event unfolded, the world system chose him, changing his life forever.

Why is the mc writing down his address to Zoe when her friend almost fought with the mc. This story make no sense
The premise is nice. The characters are fairly fleshed out. However, the author appears to lack the maturity to express himself through writing. The conversations and interactions all seem forced or stilted. This makes it hard to get into the novel.
Its a nice story but when i started reading it seemeds a little odd and robotice. Also there was some parts kn which the mc did something that was out of character
What a great book, I'm really enjoying it, please author update more. On that note, if you're a lover of a fantasy, realistic slice of life story, then 'Just like a dream' is definitely a book you should read. Go ahead and try it out, you'll love it.
I would love this novel if not for the writting quality and weird mc. Writing quality - the sentences are short and not really well put and linked together. Weird mc - to summarise it - mc decides not to care about contempt of his peers and in the next sentece he grits his teeth so much that his gums bleed. Or he says to a girl why she cares what he's doing a her friend tries to kill him bc he "disrespected" her. She does nothing to stop her friend. Two chapters later she asks the mc for favor and he gives her his home adress like nothing happened.
