Chapter 92

"Good luck then, I have to head for my own class as well." Bloom said as she left for her class.

'You've really done it this time Aldin.' Darvin thought to himself before walking towards the students who were grouped together.

"I am sorry to inform you, but Professor Earl will not be joining us today, or any time soon." Darvin said.

There were a lot of sighs of relief while clicks could also be heard. Earl had been one of the few noble mages and as such, he would always be biased towards his students to the benefit of nobles

"Now we are stuck with a damn commoner." Justin, one of the class's top students and also a noble, said.

"Shut it, don't disrespect him, he has the qualifications to teach us more than the pig of a noble we had." Olivia said in defense of Darvin.

"I appreciate the assist." Darvin said. As he appeared behind her and placed a hand on her shoulder. 'But I can take it from here."

"What will you do, you can't do anything to me, you are still a student like me, and you will get punished." Justin said.

"Well sadly for you, all the privileges of a professor have just been handed over to me, and if you didn't know I am no longer a student, so you just disrespected the authority of your professor." Darvin said before grabbing Justin by the collar and lifted him up. The students next to him all moved away.

Darvin looked Justin straight in the eyes, "and right now I am going to tech you a lesson." Darvin said.

He let go of Justin who crashed down. Just stood up and was met by a slap that sent him crushing to the floor. While still on the ground Darvin placed his foot on Justin's red-haired hair.

"Is there anybody else willing to speak up anymore." Darvin said but the whole class was silent.

Out of nowhere, Mark began clapping his hands. Other commoners also joined in. Olivia, despite being a noble, joined in. She had long since cut off ties with the circle of nobles in the academy.

"Then we can continue our lesson." Aldin said, taking his foot off of Justin and walking away together with the other students.

Meanwhile Professor Bloom had arrived at her new class.

"Hello, from today I will be taking over the class until a new professor is assigned to this class.

"What happened to Professor Layla." Matilda asked.

"Well, unfortunately, she will not be part of the academy anymore." Professor Bloom said.

She began counting the students and found only twenty-seven in the class. She had counted out Darvin who was a disciple of the school right now and Giselle who had to leave and was not aware of Isabella's situation.

"There is one student missing, anyone know where she is." Professor Bloom said.

"We asked her to be kicked out." One of the students asked. Professor Bloom was shocked by this, this was not allowed at all in the academy, all students were supposed to attend all their lessons. This was set to prevent biased professors like Earl from abusing power.

"And with who's authority." Professor Bloom asked.

"We didn't want the demon in our class." Matilda said boldly. Professor Bloom walked to her using every bit of her will to keep calm.

"Is that a manner in which you should be speaking about your fellow student." Professor Bloom asked.

"But we all think that. Don't we have a right to choose not to want her with us." Matilda said, again with boldness.

Many nodded with what she said, but not all of them. Calvin, Marcus and a few other students did not fully agree with that. Darvin had also been in the same position as them at one point. Those who tried to support her would be isolated from their fellow students and also be shunned by some of their professors and thus had chosen to not get involved. Unfortunately, Isabell had never met professors who would not dislike her for having the darkness attribute.

"Then you are all fools, I am disappointed in all of you. The darkness attribute is not a curse, I expected you to all be better than this, and if this is what got her in trouble, then it is a good thing professor Layla and her fellow fools have been fired, I hope they never land a position anywhere. I am leaving for now, if I stay in here any longer, I might slaughter all of you." Professor Bloom said as she walked out of the classroom.

'I can't believe she could do such a thing, I always thought she was obnoxious, but this is just too much.' Professor Bloom thought to herself as she walked out.

Back in the class a heated discussion had begun.

"What does she mean by that, everyone knows that darkness mages are not liked all over." One of the students said.

"I'm sure professor Layla will come back, the principal can't fire her like that." Matilda added.

"Are you all dumb!" Calvin shouted. "If not, your dumb professor Layla would be here then. Can't you all just think for a moment."

"Don't be cocky because you got promoted recently, even if you defend her, everyone here still thinks she is not worthy of being here, are going to go against everyone here?" Matilda asked.

"Speak for yourself, none of you have the right to say that Professor Pennelope was right, and I wish I had seen it earlier. It's a good thing Aldin took her in." Marcus said.

"What do you mean?" Matilda asked.

"Did you all not her me correctly, she is now Aldin's student. I would like to see all of you go up against him." Marcus said with a huge grin on his face.

Worry was not seeping into their hearts. They had not been there to see Aldin take on Ivan and Derrick, but after Gissel's confrontation to Aldi, word of his recent actions had become public knowledge to all students.
