Chapter 130- Queen from hell.

Leon Corvus

We kept on flying as fast as Aldin could handle and as we were crossing over some woods when Lady Fate smiled at me. Purple lightning flashed in the distance in front of me and before I could even turn around it was behind me, it struck other places leaving the tail that I had noticed still there. I kept on flying and all of a sudden Xander appeared in front of me.

"What are you doing here?" He asked and he was furious but he calmed down the next second after I showed him Aldin.

"Aldin wanted to see you," I said and Aldin moved from behind me.

"What did you want to see me about?" Xander asked.

"Darvin and I were worried that someone might find out that we had met before the competition so I wanted to come and ask if you could help with that," Aldin said.

I felt like face-palming. I had agreed to Aldin's request, very happy that I would get him out of my hair very soon that I failed to realise the danger of being tailed. Despite that, we were still able to get them off our tail.

"I appreciate your concern, and thanks to that we were able to take care of some nosy people, you have no need to worry about that, I have already taken care of most of the things we will have to worry about," Xander said.

I was sure about this since he had asked for the list of nobles who had attended the correction day ages ago. He had everything under the rag before this even occurred, hopefully this would work.

"You can head back now but you have to at least have a cover story before heading back" Xander said. In the next few seconds, he flashed around the woods striking beasts and handed the corpse over to us.

"You probably came all this way to get some unique specimen for alchemy," Xander said before waving Aldin bye and zapped away.

We headed back and true to his word I met some of my former students who had been taken in by the tower masters.

"Nice to see you, Leon," Alice, one of my former students said.

Alice had left the academy a year ago and was now under the queen from hell, fifth tower master, Ivy Edril. She had never been a good student in the academy, always getting into fights and using her title to get away with it. And it had all gotten worse when she was taken in, after all the tower master was a traditional noble who believed that nobility was power on its own.

"How may I help you," I had to ask as politely as I could since I did not want to get into anything else dealing with tower masters at this point, especially making one angry.

"I came to see the student who caused such a ruckus," Alice said passing me and going to talk to Aldin who was behind me.

"He doesn't look any bit interesting apart from his good looks. Hey guys come here and see what got everyone riled up." Alice said. I knew how this was going to end so I walked to the side to watch what was going to happen next. Mark Dool and Dennis Ling walked by and went where Alice was.

When the three, newly tier three mages surrounded Aldin, Alice began to speak up.

"I wonder what is so good about this peasant," Alice said.

"So am I, he's just a third year," Mark said they had mistook Aldin for Darvin.

"And from what I heard his peasant father died from a noble greedy need for trophy hunts that he had to send his soldiers to get it," Dennis said

"From what I heard his mother is at least a bit talented, she is a duo attributed, too bad she got a lousy single-tiered son," Alice said. Xander had been able to keep their attributes a secret but not the public records from years back.

Aldin had realised earlier on that they had mistaken him for Darvin but kept quiet. He heard the awful things they said about his best friend but he had had enough and did not want to stay there anymore so he moved to the side hoping to avoid any more anger but Alice was not having that. Alice grabbed Aldin by the hair and wanted to pull him back.

"Just because you are a third tier does not mean that you are anything special." She said.

Till now Aldin had been trying hard to hold in his anger, he looked over to Leon hoping to get some help but when he met eye contact with Leon he nodded. Aldin immediately understood what he meant by that.

Aldin used his hand to knock away Alice's arm and free himself, then he jumped in the air with a spin kick hitting her face with the bottom of his foot sending her falling to the side. All the training he had done for his martial arts had paid off.

"Please leave right now, I have no intention of beating any of you up," Aldin said with an expressionless face.

This angered the three, his expressionless face made them feel mocked. Alice looked up angry, she was bursting with rage and went feral intending to pounce on Aldin and beat him to a pulp, her fists were coated in fire and the two next to her had spells of their own. Mark had wind blades ready to hit Aldin and Dennis intended to rise spike from the ground to hit Aldin this was just the opportunity Aldin had been waiting for to test his will but he had no intention of revealing all his cards and to prevent that he conjured a thick wall of ice to block the attack and used an ice pillar to rise since he could feel the earth magic being used beneath him.

All their attack had not succeded since Aldin blocked and dodged all of them. Aldin looked down at them, now he had a reason to attack back but he wanted to play with them a little.

The trio were still fuming mad and even more now after being played around with, they really wanted to beat him. They moved in without thinking and Aldin smiled with bolts of lighting in his hand. The trio had no way of escaping and were within Aldin's range. Bolts of lightning in his hand and them within his range. In an instant, the bolts of lightning had left his hand and struck all three of them straight in the chest. They fell to the ground like crows struck by lightning. They landed on the ground clumsily. People came out from the streets. They had been sent to keep an eye on the three but did not expect them to be defeated.

They wanted to pounce on Aldin but Leon intervened. He stood in front of Aldin preventing them from getting any closer.

"Move out of the way, that kid just attacked three disciples of three tower masters I'm not sure you want to take his side." One of them said.

"I don't think that was the case." a cloaked man said among them. He came forward taking off his cloak. All those around him moved away.

Walking towards Leon and Aldin was Ivy Edril, the queen from hell.

"It seems this year's harvest is going to be great," Ivy said licking her lips.

"To what do I owe the honour of this visit," Leon asked with his head down not wanting to look Ivy in the eye.

"Nothing, I was just passing by and heard a commotion," Ivy said which was obviously an excuse but Leon did not have the courage to take her up on that.

"I like your talent kid, would you like to become my personal disciple?" Ivy asked. Everyone close by dropped their jaws, it was more than an honour to be a personal disciple, this meant that they would have special attention from their master and get whatever resources they needed from their master.

"I'm not sure," Aldin said. This ticked off Ivy a lot and her aura began to leak, the will in it was strong.

"Are you sure about that," Ivy asked again.

'I don't want to go with you but thank you for your little help,' Aldin thought, an idea from his encounter with Opius lit in his head.

Aldin chose not to resist the will and it seeped into him causing him to fall back in pain and collapse.

Leon used this opportunity to bow to Ivy and pick Aldn up using light magic and carry him to the academy.

Ivy had just used will and aura against Aldin causing him to collapse, trying to stop him from getting help at the academy would give the other tower masters enough ground to deny her the chance of getting Aldin, whom she currently thought was Darvin. She had just been played by a twelve-year-old kid.
