Chapter 82 :

Sasuke and Dumbledore sat in the dimly lit office, the warmth of the tea contrasting with the serious nature of their discussion.

Sasuke, taking out a parchment, began writing down a few things, then handed it over to Dumbledore.

The list contained the names of all the Horcruxes and their locations.Given the changes in the plot, Sasuke was worried about any potential consequences.

While he didn't need to worry about himself, he knew that if he took all the girls with him when he left this world, and their family members were killed by Voldemort as a result of his actions, the girls would eventually find out that it was because of his interference.

Although the system prevented his girls from betraying him, it didn't mean they wouldn't find a way to take revenge.

Dumbledore, reading the list, frowned. "It's going to be hard to check all these places."

"The only real problem is the last two—the snake and Harry Potter. I already have Bellatrix, so it shouldn't be a problem taking Hufflepuff's Cup from Gringotts," Sasuke replied.

"Sasuke," Dumbledore began, "do you think you would be able to help Harry Potter like you did with Ginny?"

"No," Sasuke replied. "Reversing his age by eleven years and also having to split his soul from Voldemort would almost make me go blind. And what if Voldemort also gets affected by my time reversing?"

Dumbledore stroked his beard thoughtfully. "I guess I was overthinking. That reminds me, have you decided to stay here?"

Shaking his head, Sasuke replied, "Hogwarts doesn't have anything left for me."

Dumbledore's eyes showed disappointment. "I believe there are many things you could still do in Hogwarts, like helping your fellow students become better in combat or other skills. You know, the recent teacher isn't very good at teaching."

"Helping?" Sasuke remembered his system still gave the same points for helping women or girls, so he decided to test it. "Well, if you need, you could arrange extra combat classes, but I won't be staying in Hogwarts."

Dumbledore's eyes twinkled with curiosity. "Have you finally decided?"

"Yes," Sasuke replied. "The knowledge I'll be teaching is from Hogwarts, but I believe I could improve their combat strength, at least ensuring that when there is a fight, they can safely run away."

"That could work," Dumbledore said. "I guess we're going to get our youngest teacher."

Sasuke smiled slightly before Dumbledore continued, "Now, about your idea of questioning Lucius Malfoy. It's a good one, but Lucius is cunning and will not easily reveal his secrets."

Sasuke nodded, his expression focused. "I understand. We need to be strategic. I have a way of extracting information, but it might not align with your usual methods."

"We could talk to Lucius under the pretense of Draco getting involved in some black magic curse," Sasuke suggested.

"No need. I guess Snape will be able to talk to him," Dumbledore said.

Sasuke rose from his seat. "Then we should catch the basilisk. Oh, that reminds me, what was the reason for that student's death?"

"Life absorption," Dumbledore replied.

Hearing this, Sasuke realized Voldemort was back again, trying to stop his laughter because he thought this was really funny.

Looking at Sasuke's face, which was trying to hold back a smile, Dumbledore asked, "Is there anything funny about his death?"

"No, it's just that I remember that diary had a younger self of Voldemort inside, which just needs to absorb someone's life force to create his body," Sasuke replied.

After thinking a little, Dumbledore said, "I don't think he has come back yet. If the diary really had the younger self of Voldemort, he would announce his comeback as soon as possible. I'll ask the teachers to be careful if any students show symptoms of life absorption."

Dumbledore also stood up. "First, I need to convince the directors of my appointment. You can stay in my office or go around Hogwarts for a walk during this time." Saying this, he called his phoenix and disappeared, leaving Sasuke alone.

"What a careless principal," Sasuke muttered. He also left the room and wandered around Hogwarts.

As he walked around, many students gave curious glances since the accident. There were no classes, so most of the students were free.

As Sasuke wandered through the hallways of Hogwarts, his presence did not go unnoticed for long. Whispers spread like wildfire, and soon, students from all houses were buzzing with excitement and curiosity about his arrival.

In the bustling corridors, a group of Gryffindor students noticed Sasuke and hurriedly whispered among themselves.

"How did you come back?" asked Hermione, who had just arrived.

"It's Dumbledore who wants my help," Sasuke continued. "If everything goes right, I might become your teacher for one or two years."

Hermione's brow furrowed. "A teacher? But you're not even an Auror or someone who has graduated."

A smirk played on Sasuke's lips. "I don't think I need a graduation. Plus, it's only temporary until I decide what to do next."

As they continued to walk, they talked about other things, especially what had happened recently in Hogwarts.
