Stage Fright

"Senshi, you're needed by Eido." A bee woman wearing a headset said as she quickly led the Centipede to Eido. Senshi was breathing heavily, trying her best to reamin calm, having not seen Eido in a few months.

As she reached a door with a star made with spider's web on it, Senshi took a deep breath and entered, seeing her Best Friend for the first time in a while.

Eido turned around in her seat, her back arms secretly tidying up her dressing table as her face softend.

"Senshi, you made it! I need your touch. Should I go with the blue and White outfit or the Blue and black outfit?" 

In an instant, Senshi's worries faded as she pointed to the blue and white Idol outfit. "T-That one. T-That one is best. I-It reminds me of when w-we met." She nervously laughed, which Eido chalked up to nerves about her show. 

"Don't worry, hun. I know." She smiled, standing up and slowly approaching Senshi with a caring look. "Y-Y-You k-know what? I-I-I know a l-l-lot Eido, y-you're gonna h-have to be more clear." She nervously laughed, on edge.

"I know that you're excited because Panila herself will be watching this performance! Not in person, but she'll be watching from Detainment!" Eido clapped all of her hands in a little applause for herself. Senshi seemed both relieved and disappointed before noticing two purple rabbit ears twitching from a Vent behind. Senshi hugged Eido, letting out a loud Cough. "What are you doing?" Eido asked with a slight laugh. "I-I just missed y-you so much... It's like y-you should keep going forward!" 

Ven took the hint and continued on, overhearing Senshi loudly and poorly singing a song for Eido. "Wow... That girl knows how to embarrass herself, huh?" He thought to himself as Tidbit's head poked through the bottom of the vent. "You know... I think Senshi might like like Eido." She remarks with a slight grin. Ven rolls his eyes, continuing to crawl. "You thought that about me and Moria. You're not the best for love advice, Bit." He thought. "Maybe. But can you deny how they looked down there?" 

"Stop talking while I crawl. I want to have focus for when the show starts." He thought as he flicked his heart to silence Bit for a Tidbit. 

After about 20 minutes of Senshi getting Eido ready, Ven had reached his destination, seeing the submind on stage like a prop.

3 hours ago: Kiola's Concert hall - Brain cavity of the skull.

Rat sat outside, staring at the roof of the skull with a bored expression. "Senshi. You and I both know you love Eido, right?"

She looked embarrassed by Rat's line of questioning. "I-I... S-Shut up..."

"Then this parts gonna hurt the most. You need to tell Eido what you did." Rat said flatly, leaning against a bin as Senshi stared in horror. "B-But why!?"

"Look. There were many outcomes to this night... I think I know how to make sure "Eido" doesn't die. I need you to tell her what you did before she goes on stage. It will cause her to be more true to herself. But... You'll probably want to run." 

Ven sighed, walking over with a grim look. "I just had Tidbit hack into the security feed. There is a shit ton of those "Mist" containers under the stage... Like, enough to take out the entire top half of the cave by Bit's analysis."

Senshi looks confused, scuttling around in circles as if she's thinking of something, she quickly turns to Ven and asks flatly: "What colour where the labels on the canisters?" 

"Purple."

"Not white?"

"Yeah."

Senshi seems to get a realization, scuttling faster as she slowly begins to surround Ven, wrapping him up and looking down at him. "She's not going to shrink everything... She's trying to bring something back!" 

Rat froze up, now knowing what's happening. "She's trying to revive Kiola."

They both stare in confusion. "Kiola?" 

Rat points to the sign of the concert hall. "The dragon? The place we're breaking into is named after? She could control the size of things with mist? The mist we currently use like a novelty? So, If Kiola awakens, and she could, with The Sub-mind, just have to snap her fingers to kill everyone who ever even got a slight increase or decrease in size!"

Avis and Vinea, who were just messing around with their instruments freeze. "W-We could die tonight!?" They yell in unison. 

"Well... Things were worse then I thought. I shoulda seen this coming." Rat muttered, taking short breaths as she begins to mutter and pace back and fourth. 

"Okay, new plan. We are going to have to get a good ending."

"How?" All four of them ask.

"Well... We're gonna have to say "Eido's" actual name." She sighed, looking at Senshi with a worried look.

4 hours later: Inside Kiola's Concert hall. Backstage.

Senshi took some deep breaths as she followed Eido backstage as she readied herself to go on stage. "Wish me luck, Senshi!" Eido said with a smile, readying her mic. Senshi took a deep breath and nervously looked at Eido, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"E-Eido... I-I've always wanted to say this..."

Eido stared in shock, blushing profusely. "A-Are you going to admit something important to this little Idol?" She asked as her back arms began to slowly reach for Senshi as she leant in closer.

"Eido, I-" Senshi was cut off by Eido's lips touching hers, causing the Centipede to pull away and squirm. "W-W-W-Why did you do that!?" She asked as tears began to well up in her eyes, her antenna twitching rapidly. 

"I... I thought that's what you wanted... I... I'm sorry." Eido said with a nervous laugh, reaching out to touch Senshi's face.

"Eido, I'm t-the one who made you into a spider!" She said with tears rolling down her cheeks. Eido froze, pulling away her arms and staring in shock. "Y-You're j-joking? Y-Y-You didn't, did you? N-No... YOU DIDN'T DID YOU!? IT... IT WAS YOU!"

Eido looked confused, angry, hurt, broken, she was ######.
