Bookstore

Continuation,

As sol was walking home with her friend Romi after a productive day. Romi was normally calm person but when it comes to being to the bookstore with her crazy delusional men and world that only exists in books, she would be forever delighted. Romi pleaded her friend to accompany her next session of delusional living. As expected as Sol would never say no to Romi. So clock was ticking around 2, the sun was bright enough making the way more blissful than it really was. Two friends walked together with some chatting and bickering.

After a while, Sol and Romi reached the bookstore, the place where Romi's soul actually lie. Romi is simple person, she doesn't react much to anything but bookstore is what she truly adores. She can't help but starts goin thorough the bookshelves which looked really managed. Everything was in place and also it wasn't much crowded which made it more cozy to Romi. She went through selves with sparkle in her eyes.

Meanwhile Sol was just there for her friend, she admired her friends passion of readin books but she wasn't much into the reading. She always wondered how would the life be like to flipping to a different page would be as simple as turning pages in real world. How easy would it be if it were same as in real life as in books. Turning pages which she didn't like would be so simple insted enduring the pain of living as a human. The sufferings, misery one suffers as a payment for being a human was sometimes too cruel. What if I were a character and the author would have potrayed all my miserable moments into good ones and what if the author wrote that she cherished all my moments with my family together. What if she didn't had any regrets. And that's all Sol thought while her fingers flipped the pages of some book which was totally unknown to her.

Much time already passed. Sol got immersed into her thoughts when she heard the noise which startled the soul out of her. Sol immediately closed the book which she was just looking at Romi who was waving her hands across the bookshelf. Sol immediately places the book at the self and walks to her dear friend Romi when Romi questions whether or not to choose certain book. Romi always seemed to adore the books sol chose for her though sol didn't have any idea what it was actually about. The part of this friendship was irony and unexplainable but as forever the moment held beauty of trust and agreement.

Sol and Romi walked out of bookstores with their smiles and separated their ways because their home were at totally different directions. Today instead of talking the subway, sol felt like walking all the streets with the view of sun about to go down to the horizon making everything looking precious and how time always holds memories but never stops ticking.

Soon sol steps on her neighbourhood while her mind just keep reminiscing about the moment she shares with everyone and specifically last night with her respected professor. By the moment she reached he whole she realises she is overanalyzing things again. She let's everything vanish in her brain while she sees her mom and professor at the front of her house. Her mind tries to process what the situation was and her mom walks up to her and starts asking about Sol's day and why she got late. While her professor just nods in response to Sol.

"Hi mom I just went to bookstore that's why I'm a bit late that's it." Says sol trying to avoid the awkwardness of the situation which contained both her mother and professor.

Trying to escape the awkwardness and professor's sights, sol wanted to get inside her room in comfort. But her mom started talking about how things are at the university with both professor and sol that left her no chance to escape the situation but somehow sol managed to get inside and leave them chatting with eachother after a tiresome day. Sol went inside past hallways to her room tossing her sneakers and bags aside and immediately lays down on the bed. She takes a long breathe while she lays down gazing up at the ceiling fan and thinks about what would my mom and professor be talking about!

She tossed and turns her body on that comfortable bed without bothering to change the beautiful dress she wore. She lays down where she finds herself imagining about the times she used to like her professor way too much. He was really admirable man but yesterday's starry night, those desperate eyes of him and his urges as a man made the perfect admirable man look otherwise to Sol. Sol was immersed in thoughts, remembering the kiss she felt something different. She realised she never knew she yearned for someone's touch so much until she felt his. She found herself blushing and imagining "what if" situations which burdened her heart.

She drifted to sleep because that's all she wants when some feeling burdens her. Eventhough there would be no remedy for the melody of the situation but for Sol sleep was the remedy for everything. Instead of all the overthinking , sleep was better option. Unaware of the situations at home, Sol kept sleeping on her own until she hears the faint nose of her mother calling her from the kitchen.

"Dinner's Ready Sol" said Jane from the kitchen setting up the plates in the table. With that Sol wakes up, changes into her pajamas quick, splashing some water on her face and walks forward towards the kitchen with that messy look. She keeps walking in her woobly feet since she was still sleepy until she sees someone sitting on the dining table which makes her a bit shocked. He was none other than Benjamin.
