Last Misson

EP39

The security team was about 10 people in total, and we could easily handle them with a gun with a silencer.

You can't carry guns in South Korea.

The place is filled with the sound of people falling down.

Because we have silencers.

We open the door.

The final sequence.

The much-anticipated show begins.

Before entering the room, I press the detonator without the minions' knowledge.

There's no turning back.

"Hello, everyone."

There are about 25 people, including the executives. All of Choi Sun-mi's gang is there, as well as Choi Sung-tae and his relatives.

This meant that there were no managers left in the nursery.

It was time for Gyuri to step in.

Choi Sung-tae says.

And they were surprised to learn that about 10 members of their security team had been killed.

"They're such assholes. Sehun, do you think this will change anything?"

Sung-tae quiets down now that the mercenaries have been admitted.

People are usually polite in the face of absolute threats.

"Okay, today is just a reconciliation meeting. Do you all agree?"

There's no answer.

I turn on my beam project and prepare to speak.

Not the final speech.

"Sungtae Choi, let me ask you a question. Why did you do that to me?"

"...."

"What the hell were you so desperate to kill me for?"

"Fuckum not answering?"

Punch a hole in one of the executives' skulls.

"You don't get the vibe, do you? Give me a straight answer and I'll trade you for money. Got it?"

The air is thick and my fellow officers' breathing is ragged.

"Again, why did you do that to me?"

"..."

"I'm sorry... I wasn't mature back then."

"I see, but you're still in a relationship with the original. Was it your order to kill Dahae?"

"That's not true."

"Fucking Rum, you're lying again. I know you called Kim Gyuri."

"I'll let you off the hook if you're honest. If you lie, you'll all die today."

"I really don't.... "

I shot his father.

"You don't get the mood, do you?"

At that moment, Choi Sun-mi spurred up and said.

"Park Se-hoon, this isn't what you promised!"

"I'll ask her questions later. Sit down if you don't want to die."

The mercenaries point all their guns at him. Live ammunition. Loaded.

"I'll ask you again. Just tell me the truth."

"Okay. I paid for it, I'm the one who told you you were in an orphanage when you were in school, and I'm the one who bullied you to death and expelled you from school."

"Yeah, how honest and good."

"Sunmi Choi, tell yourself what you've done. And the roles of everyone in your orphanage."

"I'm the director of Sky Nursery and these are my staff. As you know, we made our money through child pornography, entertainment, and angling."

"I also supplied drugs to keep them from even having the concept of such a thing, and various politicians backed me so I could stay afloat. I apologize for that. And you went to our nursery school, too."

"Okay, that's neat."

And I said.

"Bring me the money."

They took a big bag of money out of their bag and got it ready.

Stack by stack, they brought in nearly a billion dollars.

Choi Sun-mi said.

"Sehun, we're sincerely repentant and we have the money, so can we go?"

"Wait a little longer."

She taps the receiver twice.

The car is dispatched.

Our convention center is on the second floor, and there's a loud bang.

I'm startled by what sounds like an explosion.

"No one can run. Everybody."

"I'm going to keep interrogating you right here. Who was selling the nanny videos?"

"They sold the videos to servers overseas, mainly in the UK and Russia, but there were also customers in Korea, and they usually paid about 2 million won per video. The videos were about an hour long."

"Then where did you get the drugs you fed the kids?"

"Mr. Jeon Hong-chan."

"I see. There are only two domestic routes. You were right."

Gyuri was moving in a different direction.

Go to the Sky Nursery, rescue the children, and fulfill my promise.

She cracks the combination and location of the lock I sent her and opens the door.

"Come on out, kids."

"...."

The children were asleep and hadn't eaten in days, so I picked them up and rushed them to the hospital.

Some of the children were dead, shivering and biting bubbles.

The walls were covered with children's nail marks and stank of blood and vomit.

Even the paramedics were vomiting.

The timer vibrated.

I listen to it.

Everyone is focused.

"You know what, guys, we only have 10 minutes left."

Suddenly, it's chaos.

There's shouting and even the crew panics.

They're freaking out, thinking that the noise was some kind of bomb explosion.

They suddenly lower their guns and run out of the seminar room, looking for the exit.

"There's no point in running, we can't get out."

They are surprised.

They point their guns at me.

"Boss, evacuate us now."

I don't know how many of them there are.

"Calm down. There are people in that truck, and they'll only back out on my command."

Actually, there was no one. Not after they fled.

"I'm going to say one word, and then I'm going to evacuate you. Put your guns away."

I get back in front of them and continue.

"You know, I got revenge on everyone in the end."

"From Choi Sun-mi to Choi Sung-tae."

"The parents, the students, the nursery school, everyone who bullied me, really."

"I was even planning a new project."

"Honestly, none of this would have happened if you hadn't killed Dahae.

"Think about it."

And the psycho ended up stabbing the party leader in the throat.

At the same time, a sniper shoots him. He falls down. There's a frenzy.

Killed instantly.

The next presidential candidate and the psycho died together.

People have a lot of convictions, but life is like a candle in the wind.

Let's continue the line.

"You've been so lucky to make a living like this. Do you have any decent human beings in your ranks?"

"You raped a girl, got lucky with a short sentence, and threw yourself at the chance to make a quick buck."

"You're just having an unlucky day, that's why you're beautiful."

Choi Sun-mi and Choi Sung-tae fall to their knees and beg.

"I'll give you billions more. Just let us live. I'm sorry, Se-hoon."

They sob.

Their dignity is gone, and they pretend to be penitent, as if their tears will become a river.

I pull out a lighter and burn the cash.

"I think I'm doing this for the money, don't you realize? It's just a means to an end."

"We've got less than five minutes left, everybody evaluate your lives."

"You all have no excuse for dying so suddenly, and you shouldn't feel sorry for your lives."

"How long have you been bullying and trampling on others, enough is enough, all of you."

"I'm sick of it all, revenge and all."

"I'm waking up. I'm leaving."

I press the explosion button.

People scream.

They're surprised. There's no more conversation, no more context.

It's goodbye. And I point the pistol at me.

Before the bomb kills me.

I've decided.

People screamed as I was shot and fell, as the bomb exploded and everything came to nothing, but there was a scene that came to me.

A random scene

"Were you always the most fun?"
