Way stared into space as he tried to think about everything that had happened since morning. Everything happened so fast as he tried to put two and two together. Layla stared at him in silence as he let him think things through. She knew his silence meant something so she wanted to give him as much time as possible. After a few minutes, Layla spoke breaking the silence.
"What have you come up with?" Immediately Way heard that, he stared deep into Layla's eyes before speaking.
"Two worlds," he spoke after a while.
"Two worlds? Like a place like this?" Layla repeated.
"Yeah," he replied calmly.
"Hahahaha, jeez that's ridiculous how can there be two worlds you are joking right?" Layla laughed hysterically at what Way had said. After a while, she noticed an unusual atmosphere she turned towards him and then noticed his glare. She heaved a deep sigh and after clearing her throat she said," I mean it's not impossible.
Or is it?" She turned to Way and then stared at him in silence. At this point, she didn't know what to believe and what not to believe as if it was really two worlds it meant chaos. She still couldn't believe as it was what she watched in movies and dramas but after everything that had happened it sounded too believable. No one had the answer as to what was opening but what they knew was that they had possibly opened or had a clue about another universe.
"Or maybe time travel? Parallel universe? Which is which?" She asked again in disbelief.
"It's not time travel cause the time here and there is equally or more of the same I think," Way replied.
"How would you know? You barely spent time there," she replied and then wat he'd in silence.
"Wave's here," she spoke after a while breaking the awkward silence. Way wasn't much of a talker he was mostly a loner as a matter of fact. Apart from her, he didn't have any close friends.
Way turned toward the door and then silently watched as Wave walked in.
"What? What is so urgent that it couldn't wait?" Wave said angrily as she took a seat next to Way.
Way didn't utter anything but instead turned to Layla as if signaling him about something.
"Oooh, here check this out it was posted this morning so we thought you did it," she handed her the phone to scroll through.
"Wait, is this you?" Wave slowly turned to Way after a while.
"Mmmh, that's me," he replied softly as he stared at her sister waiting for an answer or any possible explanation.
"I didn't draw and write this," Wave said as she scrolled down until she reached the end of the chapter.
"We know, but what I don't understand is why I got dragged into the comic, I wasn't sure at first but after reading it, I knew I was indeed there," Way spoke up. He needed answers but they were all clueless. Everything had happened so fast that they couldn't explain it.
After a few minutes, Wave spoke again," I'm not sure but I think the moment I ended the comic you got dragged in but I don't know how cause everything is just but fiction,"
"How did you end it? It seems that part isn't included," Layla asked.
"I killed the main character," she replied.
"What? You killed Aidan Smith? How could you he was my favorite character," Layla whined in slight shock.
"Is it the right time for that?" Way gave her a side-eye.
"Aheem, how did you kill him?" Layla cleared her throat awkwardly and then asked.
"Stabbed by a villain," Wave replied.
"I think that was when I got dragged in, to save the main character but that leaves the question why me?" Way spoke after a while.
"Because you are the author's brother? I mean that's the only reason I could come up with," Layla eyed them as she said. She knew her reason was useless but she still said it.
"I'm going back home, I need to check on the tablet I'll call you if I find something out," Wave replied.
"Fine, we have to go back to work also," Way said.
"Ooh, are you talking about me?" Layla turned to Way.
"No, I'm talking to a barking dog here," Way replied sarcastically.
"Tch! You are talking to me, let's go see you around Wave,"
"Bye,"
"Can you go back alone?" Way turned to Wave before walking away.
"I'm not a kid of course I can go back alone,"
"Ooh, I wanted to be sure," Way smirked.
"What an idiot!" Wave stood up and then walked past Way bumping her shoulders on his.
"Aaah, jeez those two never stop bickering," Layla sighed as she watched the twins.

Next morning,
"Son, you are back? Have breakfast first before you go to bed," Way walked into the house and heard her mother's voice.
"Wave?" He asked.
"She's at the dining table, why? That's weird why are you looking for her it's not normal,"
"What do you mean it's not normal, can't I check up on my sister?" Way replied as he pouted his lips.
"Aah, fine go ahead," his mother sighed as she watched him stomp away.
Way walked into the dining room which wasn't too spacious but enough for the three of them. He immediately spotted Wave scrolling through her phone as she held a cup of coffee.
"Anything?" He asked as he took a seat next to her.
"No, but look a new chapter came out and it's a bit weird," she spoke without glancing at him.
"Whats weird about it?" Way asked curiously.
"They are looking for you," Wave turned to him.
"Looking for me? Who is looking for me and why?" Way looked up curiously.
