A few minutes later,
"Aaah, jeez not again, not again, not again," he suddenly spoke up as he looked around the place.
He was dressed in his pajamas, an old t-shirt, and rubber slippers. His hair was unkempt having woken up a while ago.
"Why did it have to be just now," he murmured angrily as he stomped his feet on the floor. He had spent the last few days looking good just in case he got dragged into the webtoon but unfortunately, nothing happened. But the moment he didn't care about his appearance was the moment he found himself dragged in abruptly.
"I guess this is my fate," he concluded as he looked around trying to grasp the place he was.
"So I'm at the hospital, that means Aidan is also here," he took a step forward as he looked around.
"What now? Aaah, I can't let him see me like this but I don't know anyone here what will I do? Way think," He slapped his head lightly but suddenly heard his voice. He turned around and staggered back in slight shock.
"Ooh, it's you are you here to see me?"
"Ooh, no I mean yes aaah are you getting discharged?" Way replied in total confusion.
"Or maybe not," Aidan glanced at his pajamas and couldn't help but chuckle a bit.He actually found Way so cute from how he behaved and acted. He looked quite silly and now here he was walking around with pajamas when it was as bright as day.
"Aaah, don't worry about this, I'll go change hehe," Way replied acting a bit embarrassed.
"It's okay, you look kinda cute," Aidan said as he glanced at his hello kitty pajamas.
"It seems you were in a hurry," he added as he stared at the cute blueish bunny flip-flops Way had on his feet.
"Aaah, jeez curse you Wave," he couldn't help but curse inwardly. Ever since they were young, Wave had always wanted to match and pair things up with him but of course it was limited to some extent. So as they grew, their mother still bought everything as a pair including indoor slippers it wasn't an issue at first, at least until now. No one ever knew about it apart from Layla so he just went with the flow but today, he was utterly embarrassed by it.
"Don't take it the wrong way, it's... my sister's I mean aaah," he couldn't explain himself.
He didn't know what Aidan would think of him but he knew it wasn't good.
"It's cute," Aidan spoke after a while. After a few minutes, his assistant walked towards him.
"Everything is ready sir,"
"Are you leaving the hospital?" Way turned to him curiously.
"Mmmh, I'm done with the treatment," Aidan replied.
"Wait, isn't it too soon?" Way asked in slight shock.
"No, I've been in bed for more than a month now," Aidan replied.
"A month? Wow did time really fly so fast? Was I gone for that long?" He mumbled softly.
"What?" He asked.
"Ooh, nothing I'll get going now," Way said as he turned around ready to reluctantly leave. Apart from the hospital, he didn't have any cash or anywhere else to go so leaving was just but an understatement.
"Do you have a place?" Aidan suddenly asked seeing him hesitant.
"No, can I come with you please? Atleast until I find a place," he quickly turned to him.
"Sir, you don't know him he might be dangerous," his assistant quickly spoke up as he eyed Way.
"It's okay, he's not a danger let's go, get him clothes or are you okay with that? You seem abit embarrassed to me," Aidan glanced at his outfit. He found him cute from how he had his bangs tied up into a small pony tail to a cute cartoon pajamas and bunny slippers.
"Ahh, yes please," Way immediately said.
"Let's go," Aidan said as he walked ahead in his black suit.
Way couldn't help but watch his back profile everything about him was just perfect. He couldn't understand how Aidan had easily trusted him.
"Was he in love with me? Yeah that must be it, why would he take me in of that's not the case," He thought. From what he had read about Aidan, he wasn't someone who trusted people easily especially since he was someone in danger and mostly targetted by people but here he was taking a stranger in.
"Don't get ahead of yourself Way maybe he's just doing it for something don't forget a rich man like him is always after something," he thought.
"But what could he be after? I have nothing to offer apart from my handsome face," he couldn't help but smile at himself.
"Maybe he just fell in love with me, who wouldn't?" He concluded his thoughts at that. The thought of Aidan falling in love with him made him slightly happy.
As he followed behind, Aidan suddenly stopped and he immediately bumped his head on his back. Aidan was a few inches taller than him.
He wasn't short with a height of 178cm which was above average while Aidan was around 183cm.
"Ooh, sorry," he apologized and then took a step back.
"Get in," Aidan said as he took the key from his assistant. Way glanced at the blue classy Porsche in front of him in awe. It was the type of car he could only dream of and could only be seen from the dramas he watched but here he was now, riding in it.
"How many lives did I save in my last life?" He couldn't help but wonder. After a few seconds, he got in.
Aidan drove off immediately he had settled himself down. After a couple of minutes, he pulled over in one of the designer stores and once again, Way was in awe.
"Are we shoping here? I'm I don't have any money on me and it's abit expensive," Way spoke as he looked around.
"Who said you will be paying?" Aidan replied.
"Why are you doing this?"
"Doing what?" Aidan glanced at him.
"Being good to me? You need something in return right?" Way asked he wasn't sure of what will come out of his question but he took a gamble. He wanted to be sure of his intentions and to verify if what he thought was true or not.
"Yes, I want something in exchange," Aidan replied straightforwardly. Way's heart completely sunk for a second. Deep down he knew, someone like Aidan wouldn't just foolishly fall in love with someone he just met and someone like him a man. But he still wished that was the case at least. He knew he wasn't gay but he just hoped he thought otherwise.
"Are you okay?" Aidan asked seeing Way in daze.
"Aaah, yes what do you want to know?" Way replied.
