After his success bringing a few dieing businesses,Wang Joshi also known as Manager Wang, a successful scholar is entrusted with the Chou Dynasty dieing restaurant.

While looking for the final piece to the success of the restaurant Wang meets Lio a talented but underpaid story teller , together they brought back the Chou's dieing restaurant and even gained the emperor's good grace.
