Chapter 33: Intertwined

Lucy felt a little nervous and anxious as she followed Celeste back to her living quarters. They’d only spent time in Celeste’s office before and the new level of intimacy made Lucy feel a little jittery. Celeste guided her back to a part of the campus Lucy had never seen before. They walked into the room that was larger than Lucy had been expecting and Lucy’s breath caught in her throat. The small studio was decorated like a classic styled room out of Hong Kong. The ceiling was covered with umbrellas and lanterns that were painted in all sorts of different designs. There were dragons and teapots layered about. Most everything was lined with painted gold. 

“Wow, this is amazing!” Lucy exclaimed. Beside her, Celeste chuckled lightly.
