Letter: 13

Sed had been running for what felt like 5 days. I wondered if he still even knew the way to thr factory. He seemed to be locked in. He didn't even look at me once and just focused on the path ahead from us.

" So Sed, why have you killed 500 people? ", I asked him softly. He didn't respond. I was afraid that he might've gotten took over by the ruby. But his eyes weren't rolled back. So we are fine at the moment.

I decided to check up on the big gaping hole on my chest from the giant thunderbolt. I untied the shirt being used as a bandage and took a peak.

Huh? Where'd the hole go?

When I looked down I saw a big ice sheet coving the wound. Did I subconsciously use the emerald to heal my chest area. I cgecked my back abd the ice sheet was also there. Where does the extent of my powers go?

Suddenly, Sed dropped my body on the road. " There factory! ", Sed yelled. I looked and I saw a highly surveillanced government facility. I was astonished by the size of it.

" What the plan? ", Sed asked at me with a smirk. Ithough for a second to think about a good way to sneak in. " We'll need to take down any guards. That will be our distraction. Then I will go to the command room and shut off the cameras. Then we'll go from there. ", I explained to him.

Sed nodded his head and we made our way to the front of the giant base. We were met with 2 armed guards. " Halt what is your business here? ", One of them asked in superiority.

Before I could speak, a guard yelled " Those are the anomalies! ", and aimed their guns at us. Sed immediately jumped behind and smashed one of their heada in. He then shot a lightning bolt through the others head. " They dead! Lets go! ", Sed spoke with a strong dimenor.

I saw a vent to crawl throguh to get to cams. " You go there, I deal with bad men! ", Sed said.I made my way into the vent and crawled my way around. I took little beaks at what Sed was doing. One second I saw a nice platninum carpet. The next second, it was crimson red…

I could only hear the screams of men and the tearing of flesh in the vents. Sed really showed no mercy when it came to "bad men".

I finally made my way to the command room. There were only a handful of guys there and they were on break. I decided to do a loud entrance.

" Hey guys! ", I yelled at them.

They immediately started shooting their guns at me, But I used the emerald's power to freeze the bullets in mid-air. They knew that guns wouldn't work. So they went to manpower. The problem was, they were all muscular tall men. I was in Eric's body, He is a bit short and is built like a taki.

So, I made my breath as cold as possible and exhaled on my fists and created Ice brass knuckles. I was ready to jump these guys.

One guy tried to grab me, But I jumped on his back and punched the hell out of the back of his head so hard, you could see brain matter coming out. Another dude tried punching me, but I dodged it and hit him iwith an uppercut, dislocating his jaw. Unfortunately m, the last guy was a brute and my brass knuckles melted.

He grabbed my legs off of the gound and smcaked me on a coffee table. " How dumb are you to come to the organization that is trying to use you as a government weapon! ", The brute yelled.

In the distance I could see a broken glass of water. I reached over andwith tge power of the emrald, I felt the energy from the ice flowing into my body and I got up. " Nah, I would never let that happen! ", I said with charisma.

I used the new Ice energy to turn my whole entire fist into ice and punched his head so hard, it came off.

I decapitated him…

After that fight. I feel like my physical strength and my proficiency has gotten better. I went on the big giant computer and deactivated everything in the entire building.

Sed bursted into the command room and screamed. " Building bout to blow! ". I was shaken and ran out of the building with Sed.

We managed to get out on time. The whole building went up in flames. The whole entire sky went dark from all of the smoke. We ran back to the forest to hide away from the authorities, who we lnew were going to come.

Sed seemed to be really happy that we killed all of those men and blew up the facility. " Tank you, Eric! ", Sed said sincerely.

As I looked knto the burning building, I said " Anytime brother, anytime! ".

Our battle with them is not over…
