Her Rotten Luck

"First question, who is the girl in question?" Theo asked his confused friend, who was busy contemplating whether to change his mind or not.

"If it's a girl from that school, then she is your mate, right? I'm sensing it's someone really important to you as you aren't the type to put interest in someone this fast. I mean, you just started working there last week and you have already met a girl who needs help." Theo added, thoughtfully.

"Don't worry about it anymore... I don't even think I'm doing the right thing." Elias stated with a huff.

"Oh, you would rather not tell me the identity of the person? Okay, fine... Let's not use that to stop you from helping when you really want to be of help." Theo maintained.

"You noticed some things that made you concluded she is being bullied right?" He asked him, going into investigation mode. Elias nodded.

"Okay. The truth is, you can't really do much to help her unless she is willing to accept the help. Firstly, you need to get her to open up to you that truly she is being bullied and need help, so you won't go out of your way and make a grave mistake that can ruin your reputation while trying to help her blindly." Theo advised him.

"Yeah, right!" He agreed.

"So, you're going to have to talk to her and make her open up to you and accept your help. That's the first way to go." Theo stated.

"Okay, I get your point. Thanks, man!" He appreciated.

"You're welcome, bro. Yeah, speaking about bullying, we have a case here in our pack. A group of boys have been reported for bullying. Reportedly, they have turned themselves into a notorious gang who derives joy in bullying their classmates that they perceived as weak, at school." Theo informed the Alpha.

"I want them to be investigated as soon as possible. I don't care about their age or their parents' ranks, bundle them up and throw their asses into the holding cell while investigation is being carried on. They must be isolated since they have decided to become a threat to others." Elias bellowed, furiously. The word bully is really grating on his nerves today.

"I totally agree, Alpha. We're going to carry out your order. Additionally, ... " And with that, the two men began serious discussion about the pack business.

Meanwhile, at the other pack, Aurora and Katie were returning from school and conversing.

"Elias is a great person. He is so cool. I mean, for the fact that he and the witch are together, and he was still impartial, he's really cool. He stood up for you against the witch, and they're together. I wasn't expecting that." Katie pointed out.

"The witch? I see you have gotten a new nickname for Tina again. You seem to have one for her every month. But this new one suits her best." Aurora stated, chuckling.

"I know, right! It's perfect for her." Katie agreed, laughing.

"Yeah, I wasn't also expecting that reaction from Elias, he surprised me. He is definitely an impartial person. But them being together, I don't want to believe it. I want to believe that Elias is smarter than that. He doesn't deserve that nonsense." Aurora said.

"I totally agree! Our dear Elias deserves just the best and our witch is nothing but a nonsense to be with. A beautiful nonsense, though!" Katie stated, laughing.

"Don't tell me you have gotten a new nickname for her, again." Aurora stated, mockingly and let out a giggle.

"Maybe." Katie laughed.

As they conversed and laughed clueless of their surrounding, directly opposite the two girls were Dante and his friends who had come to visit him after school hours.

"I'm so sorry you're in this condition, you're missing out on many things. The whole school misses your presence, man!" Elijah was saying before they heard the girls' giggles.

"And here comes the bad luck that put you in this condition!" Simon said, referring to Aurora.

"And there she is, living well and laughing like she has no problem in the world." Elijah chipped in.

Dante groaned.

"The mighty Dante!" Elijah hailed, "The mighty Dante in this kind of helpless condition, because of that ugly looking alien!" Elijah exclaimed.

"She needs to punished. We can't keep watching her like this. She needs to know who rules this pack, and that's Dante, only Dante!" Simon stated.

Dante groaned, again. Merely seeing her face made his blood boiled and his friends weren't helping the matter.

"Hello, Dante! I hope you're getting better, now. Please be fine, alright?" Aurora shouted from the other side, as she saw him and his friends standing at a spot.

"You aren't even supposed to be wishing that guy quick recovery, considering what he has been doing to you." Katie whispered to her friend.

"This girl must be kidding me!" Dante seethed, clenching his fists.

"She is mocking you, Dante! She dares ask whether you're getting better or not? No, she is totally mocking you!" Elijah maintained.

"That's it! That's the height of it. She must be put in her place, and that place is the lowest place anybody can think of." Simon said.

"If looks can kill, I'm certain you would be six feet below already. Those guys are literally shooting daggers at you, girl." Katie informed her friend.

"Let's get out of here, as fast as possible." She added, holding Aurora's hand and pulling her along

"I just wished him a quick recovery to let him understand I don't have any grudge against him anymore since he has suffered the brunt of his reckless and outlandish hatred towards me." Aurora maintained, as she allowed her friend drag her away from the scene.

"Aurora!!! You have caused me nothing but unbearable pain! This same you took away a very important person in my life. You have been such a bad luck to my life and yet you're giving me more reasons to not forgive you. This won't end until one of us disappears from this territory, and that would be you." Dante vowed.
