Omniscience in Marvel 62

Title - The End and An Annoying Visitor.

Leucadius POV

Returning to Heaven, we found ourselves standing right on the podium. With the occupants of the Great Hall gazing upon us with looks of awe while being stunned into silence.

"What the hell just happened?" Zeus asked in confusion as he looked around. To him, he was probably about to have a race of his life only to find himself back in the hall without even running.

"I think…we were eliminated..?" Yu Huang said questioningly as he looked around and then to the board that showed their names and status in the race. "Hmm? Void?"

"Wha-? The race was voided?" Shiva and Zeus practically said at the same time while Odin sighed regretfully and walked back to his throne.

Anansi on the other hand, suddenly jumped in excitement as he approached the Gods, me, to be precise and began asking what happened.

I couldn't possibly tell them we broke the Space barrier surrounding our Universe in less than a fraction of a second due to our combined speed so I could only shrug and say. "The Dimension couldn't handle our collective •speed."

"Really? Is that really what happened?" Anansi asked while Zeus glanced over too curiously.

"That's the only explanation to our race being Voided. We weren't eliminated so…" Leucadius replied with a shrug and also walked back to his throne while assimilating the information he'd gotten from the Super Flow before he was interrupted.

With a flash of light, he swapped places with Aspect without anyone taking notice and entered his office in the Ninth Heaven. He took one glance at the Book of Fate before sighing and slumping on his chair.

The Super Flow…A Realm of Information where Abstracts exist and battle. A Realm where Dreams, ideas and visions are born. It was basically the Hub for all Telepathically existence.

I don't have any understanding of the Gap between Universes but from what I could gather, it was basically an Internet for the Universe and no form of energy other than Abstractual energy could be used there.

The reason I was able to communicate with whoever that Being was, was simply because I had an abundance of Spiritual/Telepathic Energy and could understand his language.

Language, at the end of the day, was merely a perception of energy between two Sentient beings.

Still, it was a wonder how we even ended up there in the first place. However with the information I had gotten…

Normal POV

Time passed and the Banquet came to an uneventful end, other than the Leucadius, no one else had an idea of what had happened. The banquet was scheduled to be held once every thousand years.

In the banquet, Gods could bring up any dissatisfaction they had with their fellow Gods. That was only when they couldn't handle the problems by themselves.

In a case where they could, they could go to war for all they cared, but Leucadius knew that the Gods were too lazy to actually get into an inter-pantheon war.

Intra war, very possible, but Inter? Nah. The only Exception was Odin though. He was soon to go on a conquest of the Nine Realms with his lovely daughter Hela.

Looking at the Innocent looking Lady, Leucadius had a hard time believing that someone like that would turn out to be a reaper of lives. Leucadius didn't bother with her though.

His study on Fate has led him to understand something. Even if he did decide to interfere, nothing would change. Fate was a result of Decision, thoughts, actions, environments, and circumstances.

"Hmm? Or was it Destiny?"

Destiny could be said to be a purpose-driven journey towards a meaningful end, allowing for personal choice and growth. It is often perceived positively and linked to the idea of fulfilling one's potential.

Whereas Fate is viewed as a fixed series of events determined by external forces, often perceived as inevitable and beyond personal control. It can carry a neutral or negative connotation, emphasizing inevitability and resignation.

"Hmm, I guess it's both her destiny and fate to be what she's meant to become, and even an interference from me would serve nothing but creating a branch timeline…A case of a 'What if..?'" Leucadius muttered to himself and shook his head. "I can't have that."

'I Have always wondered why…In a life I Lived long ago…was it billions of years ago? I can't fully remember as I lacked any sense of attachment to it. But I do vividly remember that in every reiteration of a Marvel universe story, self inserted characters all have one thing in common.

They loved to interfere in the Events that were scheduled to take place.

It was disconcerting in a way. Someone lucky enough to be reborn in an Asgardian Royal family would still decide to come down to earth to form a nation of Humans with advanced technology just so they could…Rule? Be safe from external interference?

I had no idea what drove them into doing such a thing. Despite disturbing the supposed flow of time, nothing is done to them and it's just taken as though it was normal.

I mean, take me for example. I have everything I could ever want and need…Oh.. perhaps that was the problem. Something always drove them into doing such things.

In the End, all living things had that innate drive to possess something they found desirable. Even I myself am not safe from said compulsion. It was the drive to know more about a foreign Universe and Multiverse at large that made me make a deal with TOAA.

It was that same drive that made me thirst for knowledge…'

"My Lord. I think we might be having a problem." Aspect's Voice broke Leucadius out of his thoughts.

"How so?"

"Olimpia…It's missing."

"What do you mean?" Leucadius asked, sitting up on his chair before turning around to look at the screen behind him.

"The Entire Realm, Olimpia, just vanished from its Location." Aspect said as the screen zoomed into the area in the void where Olimpia was previously located only to see a glaring emptiness.

"How…?"

"Prior to its disappearance, I had picked up an energy beyond what we've ever encountered." Aspect reported, which managed to pique Leucadius full interest.

"...A Celestial?"

"It's the only viable possibility."

"Was that the only Dimension to disappear?" Leucadius asked, and in response, the screen zoomed in on a red purple planet on the far edge of the galaxy.

"Apparently, Titan remains." Aspect replied.

"Weird. The Eternals led by Kronos should be on that planet. Is it just me or are the Celestials playing favorites?" Leucadius asked rhetorically. Of course he knew why Titan was left out of whatever it was the Celestials were planning.

Kronos, The original Prime Eternal and Zuras' father was part of the Council led by the Living Tribunal. Leucadius had sighted him back then, and although his entire body had been transmogrified to look like a Humanoid Eternity, he could still feel the Human link in him, albeit a flicker.

"My Lord, I'm detecting a Temporal interference acting on The Realm."

"What?" Leucadius raised an eyebrow at that comment. He couldn't feel time being distorted around Heaven which was weird since he was metaphysically connected to Heaven at this point.

For Aspect to notice this whereas he was oblivious could only mean one thing. Someone with a higher ability at Temporal manipulation was messing with him.

With this thought in mind, Leucadius let loose his hold on his Cosmic Energy allowing him to connect to every single area of Heaven where his energy touched.

However, before he could do that, reality was inverted as the World lost all colors. The previous colorful Heaven took a bleak color of Black and White.

And that wasn't the end, Leucadius surprisingly couldn't feel the connection to his energy anymore. Thankfully, he could still feel the connection he had with Heaven.

Using that link, he could break this Temporal cage he was caught in but doing that would probably destabilize Heaven.

While time was stopped, The Cosmic Energy Engine providing energy to Heaven was also halted. And trying to use it while time was stopped, would make it seem as though it went into overdrive when time resumes.

If it wasn't handled properly, he could cause an explosion that would destroy the entirety of Heaven.

At the thought of this, Leucadius' heart chilled as an anger he didn't know he could even manifest surged in his chest. Closing his eyes, he felt his connection to his Spiritual Energy still there causing him to smirk derisively.

'Someone is about to die!' he thought angrily and tried to touch upon Aspect's core which was located on the office chair he was sitting on.

"Aspect?"

"At your service." Aspect replied much to Leucadius' relief. It seemed like he had been right in merging both the Motherbox and Aspect into one singular entity.

"Try to recalibrate the Heavenly Core. I think I'm about to have a battle that could potentially destroy Heaven."

"{Understood…Processing…Done…Recalibrating Energy Core…Done… Analyzing Temporal Cage…Failed. E#£&R! INTRUSION OF FOREIGN ENTITY. ENGAGING SELF DEFENSE MECHANISM!}"

Hearing this, Leucadius' eyes shot wide open in both disbelief and anger! How dare a lowly Celestial try to hack into his personal information hub! "Deactivate! Connect me Manually to whoever that intruder is."

{UNDERSTOOD.}

Was the the last thing Leucadius heard before darkness claimed him.

As darkness enveloped Leucadius' consciousness, he found himself back in a Void that looked so eerily similar to theSuper Flow he had just been to, but different from the lack of strength he felt during his earlier visit, this time, he felt immensely powerful.

And as he was about to get drunk on the feeling of strength he didn't even have with his physical body, he remembered why he came here.

Pouring out his massive psychic energy, he was quick to locate a massive figure standing at what looked like 2000 feets staring at him.

"You…! Are you the one trying to mess with my Partner?" Leucadius asked after a slight pause to regain his composure.

The robotic figure kept silent while still observing him. This action angered Leucadius who felt that he was being looked down on. "I don't like your sights…They seat too high."

He said, but unlike a certain curse who was seated and was actually intimidating, Leucadius' figure began to enlarge, and soon, he was over 10,000 feets in height.

Raising his right hand, he slapped it down on the Celestial.

As mentioned earlier, this was the super flow. A realm of ideas, dreams and information. And In a Realm where ideas could be twisted as one saw fit, Leucadius didn't see himself losing to anyone.

But contrary to his expectations, his palms were stopped right before they could hit the Celestial.

"There should be no need for violence. I was merely curious as to how a lower being could create a machine of such caliber. I meant no disrespect." The robot spoke. His voice sounded quite…Robotic.

"I am Nezarr the Calculator. Pleased to make your acquaintance Little God." He said as his figure began to enlarge once again and stood at the same height as Leucadius.

"I can't say the feeling is mutual."

"Understandable." Nezarr said without a change of tone, and Leucadius couldn't tell what it was feeling since there was no way to read its emotions. "But I am merely here on a task. You just happened to be an interesting pebble on the roadside, hence my curiosity."

Leucadius didn't quite know how to feel at being compared to a pebble and just watched silently. "Humph. I see. Then I hope you're ready to be done in by this pebble you've decided to anger."

"Please. There should be no need for violence as I detest that the most."

"Oh? Then why look for trouble where you shouldn't? As far as I am concerned, you're an enemy who invaded my home. Tried to rape my Partner and then attempt to leave as though nothing happened." Leucadius said as an armor Materialized around him.

"You're not leaving here in one piece as far as I am concerned."

"Hmm. I am afraid I do not understand the context in which you speak. I was merely performing my duties. It was a well calculated event that will bring no harm to the Universe. Your being here however, was not meant to be." Nezarr spoke as though Leucadius wasn't much of a threat.

"You-!"

"I'd best be on my way. My Abstract form aside. You wouldn't want to battle my Physical form. Well then, till we meet again." Nezarr said and disappeared, leaving Leucadius to himself.

"The…Fuck?"

A/N: this will be the last chapter before I officially begin writing about the various mythological appearances of Gods in human civilization and their parts in their development.

As for his encounter with Nezarr, it's all for a better story ahead of time. Just stay tuned and continue reading, I am sure you won't be disappointed
