Ramon's Younger Sister

The young woman continued to force her way in, and Ramon, uncomfortable with her screaming, approached Sopiah.

"What's going on?" shouted Ramon to Sopiah, who was still blocking his guest from entering.

"Since when am I not allowed to enter my own house?" exclaimed Nanda, Ramon's sister, who tried to release Sopiah's hand.

"Let her in, what's wrong with you?" said Ramon, parrying Sopiah's hand.

"She should wait until Rika goes to her room first, sir. I'm afraid Rika will think that Nanda is the other woman in Ramon's life and that could mess up our plans for Ramon's wedding!" Sopiah said, making Ramon nod.

"Rika? Who are you talking about?" asked Nanda, who had no idea who they were talking about as she stepped into the house.

"Rika is my future wife, you know our parents asked me to get married!" Ramon tried to explain.

Nanda then looked at her brother's serious face, "What do you mean, quickly tell me who and where they actually met the person they were talking about."

Before Ramon could explain who Rika was, suddenly...

"Ramon, who's here?" shouted Rika, who was heard walking up to Ramon in the living room.

"Oh, this is Nanda, my brother. Nanda, meet Rika, my future wife," Ramon said, kindly introducing Nanda, who still looked confused at Rika's figure.

"She... she's wearing my clothes?" Nanda whispered to Sopiah, who was looking at the clothes Rika was wearing.

Sopiah glared and asked Nanda not to say anything that might offend Rika.

Nanda smiled wryly and shook hands with the modest-looking Rika. "Me, Nanda! Ramon's younger brother!"

"Hello," replied Rika very politely.

"Rika, go back to your room! I have something to talk to Nanda about! Sopiah, take her," Ramon ordered and turned away from Rika.

Rika nodded and followed Sopiah, who led her to her room.

When Rika was out of sight, Ramon began to tell Rika about his evil intentions. "She's my prey, so it's a waste for you to support me,"

Nanda, who heard the brilliant idea, smiled wryly as she agreed.

Indeed, both of them had found it strange from the start that Ramon had to marry first before getting the rights to his inheritance.

"They're the ones who made the weird rules anyway, so let it go. Rika wants to marry you anyway!" said Nanda, trying to defend her unemployed brother.

Ramon laughed amusedly at his brother's defense.

"Yes, the problem is how to get married as soon as possible," said Ramon.

Nanda was silent for a moment and then tried to remember who her friend was who could be asked for help. Once she remembered her friend's name in the registry, she told her brother about her plan.

"I see that girl is very innocent; how about you take her to the registry office and get married there," suggested Nanda, beginning to share her brother's evil thoughts.

"Can it be that easy?" asked Ramon, unconvinced by Nanda's plan.

"I'll take care of the registry office as long as you can show me Rika's ID card," said Nanda with an evil face.

Ramon breathed a sigh of relief. He finally knew the right way to marry Rika, and this meant that his problem with his inheritance rights would soon be resolved.

Ramon then approached Rika in her room to continue his plan to register her marriage through her sister.

"Rika, you're sleeping," whispered Ramon as he opened the door to Rika's room.

Sitting next to the window of her room, Rika approached Ramon and asked him what made him come to her room.

"Can I borrow your ID card?" Ramon asked politely.

"What for?" Rika looked suspicious.

Ramon then told her about their wedding plans, which needed to be legalized immediately, and to register their marriage. Ramon would need Rika's ID card as an administrative requirement for their marriage at the Civil Registry office.

Hearing about her wedding plans that would take place soon, Rika then hurriedly picked up her wallet, which was still in her wet backpack from the previous day.

"Your bag is still there, isn't it wet?" asked Ramon when he saw Rika picking up her backpack.

"Yes, I haven't cleaned it yet,"

"Just hand over your wet bag to Sopiah, let her take care of everything. If you don't clean it up soon, all your clothes will stink,"

"Yes, I'll give it to Sopiah," said Rika as she reached into the pocket of her backpack and quickly found the wallet containing her ID card.

Without asking many questions, Rika handed her ID card to Ramon without a hint of suspicion.

Of course, Ramon was very happy to have been able to make Rika obey everything he said without the slightest suspicion.

Once Rika's ID card was in his hands, Ramon rushed to the living room to give the terms of marriage to his sister.

Nanda, who saw Ramon so easily deceive Rika, laughed sarcastically and gave two thumbs up as a sign of admiration for her brother.

"It was really easy for you to trick her, Ramon,"

Ramon answered his sister with a smile; he then asked her to hurry up with her plan, or Rika would realize they were tricking her.

Nanda then contacted her friend via her cell phone, smiling again and telling her brother that the marriage would be processed soon, and when it was ready, Ramon just had to come to the registry office to sign the papers.

"Good, I'm very grateful to you, sister," said Ramon with relief.

Sopiah then approached Ramon, saying that Rika had just called a friend and told him about her presence at Ramon's house.

Sopiah's report made Ramon anxious again; yesterday, when Rika called her parents in Garut, the girl tried to run away.

"Shall we keep her cell phone, so no one can contact her?" Sopiah suggested.

"No, she'll become more suspicious of us," Nanda interrupted.

"Tell you what, we'll be nice to her first. Only after I manage to marry her will we finish her off," Ramon said with a laugh.

Sopiah and Nanda agreed with Ramon's idea; all they needed was more, Ramon thought.

Sopiah then prepared lunch for Ramon, Nanda, and Rika.

A large plate of honey-spiced fried chicken was prepared by Sopiah and served very tasty on the dining table.

After everything was ready, Ramon approached Rika and invited her to eat.

"Honey, let's eat!" said Ramon as he opened the door to Rika's room.

To his surprise, Ramon opened the door to Rika's room, and once again, he didn't find his future wife. Ramon then checked every corner of the room, and Rika wasn't there.

"Rika!" shouted Ramon, who couldn't find his future wife.
