The last venerable had a special title. No one addressed him as Venerable one, because he did not like it.
Instead every one knew him as "The Painter". He didn't consider himself a force user, he didn't even consider himself as a combatant. He believe he is an artist above all else, and his goal was to create an entire world with his paint brush to ascend to godhood in his own way.
No one knew he had achieved this. Not even the two other venerable ones, who he considered his brothers. The exception was the one who helped him achieve this, Horo.
He painted this entire world within his mind down to the finer details. This world of his is very special, because it had different principles and laws outside of the norm.
When he finished this painting in his mind after centuries of working on it, he learned about Horo's blessing and requested him to project this world into the cosmos outside of Evergreen, in exchange for insights no one else could offer.
The two actually pulled it off with Horo's Divine inspiration, knowledge of constellations, and the painter's secrets.
He was originally the most unique but weakest of the three venerable, now he surpassed everyone walking Evergreen, maybe even the sword god. After he had his own weird ascension, Evergreen began to reject and suppress him, but not at the moment because this world and its gods needed him.
The strongest devil who entered Evergreen, was currently sitting in the sky, absorbing all of the blood and abyssal energy from around the entire Evergreen.
This was the "Demented Ancient, Supreme of Blood, Asmidon".
His special abilities allowed him to do what he was doing with anyone noticing. No one could see the blood or energy he was absorbing while he was doing so.
Well everyone except the "Venerable of the Brush, the Painter".
He was watching Asmidon for a while. When he finally made a move it struck fear into this Ancient supreme devil.
With a swipe of his giant brush, he revealed all of the blood and energy that was being absorbed by Asmidon to the rest of the world. Next with a twirl of his brush all of it that hadn't been absorbed yet, entered the tip of his brush.
Asmidon's eyes went wide with fear for a slight second, before changing into anger beyond his own control.
He spoke in the Ancient devil language.
"You actually have the guts to steal resources from this Supreme, we'll be ready to deal with the consequences."
As the devil spoke, the painter's domain began to turn the color of blood. The ancient words would have affected him directly if he didn't possess a domain, even though they might not have done anything to him regardless due his ascension.
He responded "Oh so there is power in this Ancient tongue of yours, well I can't have you using that."
When he finished speaking he moved his brush twice, the first turned his domain back normal, and the second painted away Asmidon's mouth.
....
As the venerable ones were handling the strongest enemies, the sword god was having an easy time, he was letting off of the tribes and civilizations in the uncharted lands solve their own problems.
This was good for them, they could grow stronger through the battles.
Also, The primeval beasts was terrorizing the devils. He didn't need to do much protecting he was only guarding these lands from an enemy that's too strong for them to handle on their own.
He was just sitting in the sky, watching everything, and whatever he could see he could sense. He felt the battle of the venerable ones and he even smiled when he focused on the painter's battle.
He was now certain that he was the one that he felt ascending a while back. The sword god had long ascended by using his domain as a foundation to create a world. The world was within himself.
He had decided after this entire ordeal he will leave this world and travel the cosmos. He even considered entering the abyss.
....
Horo had entered the fray of Evergreen vs the abyss, and had become a part of the many devastating battles that was rearranging the lands and seas.
He was actually battling a newer supreme, and he was holding his own. This supreme was actually the offspring of one of the ancients who came to Evergreen as well, "Valdramelech the Eternal Corruption, Supreme of Curses."
Horo had a couple of injuries, but this supreme did as well. The devil was getting frustrated because this little human should be much weaker than itself, which should allow its abyssal energy and aura to corrupt his body.
Instead his body was completely absorbing the abyssal products.
On top of that Horo utilize priest methods which had been restraining the devil allowing him to keep up.
Suddenly, the entire sky of Evergreen shined bright light like there was a thousand suns.
Actually there was a thousand suns, at least that's what it looked like. These miniature suns were the points set up by the pope and other members of the church.
These points formed a formation in conjunction with the actual sun and hidden points connected to divine kingdoms.
The gods sacrificed purified devils to the formation, and a big golden symbol covered the world gate opened by the devils.
Sinvanganza noticed this and tried to stop whatever it was, but she couldn't because this man that should have been a puny human was thrashing her, and so far she definitely lost the contest of blood loss.
He was bleeding in many parts but he was healing much faster than he should be able to with the abyssal aura's corruption property. She didn't know but his fist domain naturally protected him from all ailments and even resisted natural concepts and laws.
It also restrained and suppressed her without her knowing.
The golden symbol covering the world gate began to stitch it closed.
Sinvanganza began to go crazy, attacking the Fist venerable frantically. If this gate closed they would be trapped in this world and would have to make a tremendous sacrifice to create another one.
She wasn't even sure that would be possible because she also felt the other powerful beings handling the sh*t out of her companions.
All of the other powerful devils felt the phenomenon as well, and all of them turned frantic. Too bad the formation worked quick and diligent, as it closed before anything could be done about it.
