Chapter 195 UNEXPECTED COLLISION

KELLY's POV

Cheol and I ended up sneaking granola bars from the kitchen and eating them in my room with him. It was amazing, and I was immediately satisfied just by gazing at him savoring his snack.

We were laying in bed, my cheek snuggled against his chest, when we heard footsteps approaching my bedroom from the outside. Cheol jumped to his feet, but my hands gripped the material of his shirt to prevent him from fleeing the room.

"No," I yelped, my eyes pleading with him as I tried to get hold of whatever part of him that I could.

"It's all right, princess..." He said this while ruffling my hair, and I couldn't help but think of dad with that gesture.

"Where are you going?" I inquired, shifting my sight away from him and toward the door. "Don't worry, I've secured it."

A moment of hesitation passed before Cheol spoke again. “I’m not going anywhere,” he stated emphatically.
