Chapter 8 Warning!

“I want my sister-in-law right now.”

Shrill voice of Neil Michaelson annoyed already tired Alpha Nathanial.

“How many times I have to tell you that she is in her parent’s home, we will leave for Pack in the evening.”

He explained the same reason to his brother, which he told all the impatient Council’s fellows.

“Alohi is young and still adjusting with the mate-bond thing. These kinds of sensitive matters should be handled with utmost care.”

Nathanial used this as an opportunity to lecture his careless teen-ager brother.

“I don’t know anything, bro. We have found her after seven years of painful wait.

I am warning you, if you don’t come till tomorrow, I will board a plane to meet my Luna. You are not even giving me her mobile number, so cruel bro!”

Neil cried out, stating his demand pitifully. Nathanial shook his head, regretting his decision of spoiling Neil so much.

“Since I have found my mate, what will be your gift at my Mating Ceremony?”

“Any thing you say, bro.”

With Neil’s sincere offer, Nathanial’s business man livened up gleefully.

“OK. I have three conditions.

• Extra three hours physical practice daily.

• Full attendance in college till graduation.

• A plus grade in final result.”

His challenging gaze was fixed at Neil, who was desperate to jump out of laptop screen.

“Just this? You have my word bro. Bring my Luna home, I will not disappoint you.”

Alpha Nathanial disconnected the video call with a fatherly grin when they reached the Blue Moon Hotel again.

As he was exhausted from the twenty four hours nonstop labor, desire to take a nap was overpowering his senses.

Ashwin left to monitor the preparations for Luna’s welcome, so Nathanial locked his room. He grabbed his clothes and rushed for a warm bath to relax his stiff muscles.

“Click!”

Even in the running water, he was able to hear that feeble click of his door’s lock.

“Who is here?”

Lucas was on high alert, a weird thought creeped in his mind.

“May be that stupid girl is here!”

He cursed himself at this foolishness, wrapped a towel around his waist and came out of bath area cautiously.

Horrible stench of fresh blood revealed the identity of the intruder, he barged opened the door.

“Mukadil!”

Nathanial’s tone was grave with his commanding Alpha tone, but apparently no lift mode was the response of him.

“Put that back! It’s my favorite watch.”

He almost snatched his Rolex wrist watch from Mukadil, who was stuffing it roughly in his pocket.

“There is a scratch on its dial, you negligent rascal!”

His worrisome explanation was ignored by Mukadil, a young man of Alpha’s age, casually dressed in jeans and t-shirt.

That spoiled rich brat strode towards Alpha and held his shoulders with tear brimming in his eyes.

“You can bring a sister wife and I can’t even scratch your wrist watch?

You are sharing me with that lovely girl and I can’t even complain. You didn’t even tell me before signing the marriage license.

Am I not understanding one? You failed me, Nathan. I am truly disappointed.”

“How do you know?”

Alpha Nathanial was shocked, he wasn’t expecting this confrontation so soon.

“I knew it the moment I bought that law firm.”

Mukadil was visibly chilled after registering his protest. He laid down on the master bed, stuffing two soft pillows under his head.

“Not again! Why are you so obsessed with buying everything related to me?”

“That’s love darling. I like to own everything that benefits you.”

Mukadil smiled proudly, ogling his vibrating chest. Alpha was really pissed off this time.

“Drop your act, I am sick and tired of your same drama. Aren’t you tired of this lie?

I would have exposed your identity ten years ago if I had a slightest idea of your meddlesome nature.”

Mukadil didn’t pay any heed to Alpha’s rant, instead he licked his lips hungrily.

“Hey, your stiff muscles are so inviting. Reign in your bossy attitude, otherwise I am gonna eat you alive.”

Alpha chuckled, his voice laced with concealed threat.

“I dare you, Marie Jose Mukadil. Move an inch and I will break your fangs.

You certainly don’t want to be the embarrassment in the Vampire’s Royal family.”

Alpha’s warning growl vanished his provocation, he flashed across the room and brought a beautifully wrapped gift box.

“Gotcha! I am here to congratulate you, my big bad Alpha. Here’s my gift.”

Nathanial received that huge box with stern face and ordered snacks for Mukadil.

“Pass me that gorgeous whiskey bottle, please.”

“This time? Mukadil it’s almost afternoon.”

Mukadil clutched the cushion to his chest, while adjusting in spacious couch.

“Awww! So sweet honey. I asked you to pass on the bottle, not your judgement.”

Nathanial cursed his drinking habits and threw a bottle at him which he gulped down in one go.

“You are still drenched with the scent of your latest prey, why are you so tensed?”

Nathanial was aware of his ripper nature, so he inquired while unwrapping the gift box.

“Alohi Joyce: Age 22, January Capricorn, currently working in M&M industries is getting married tonight. My father is in town to attend her Wedding Ceremony.

Trust me, Nathan. That Alvin Smith is delicious!”

Mukadil bombarded all cool Alpha with the arrows of realities, disregarding his query about his sheer madness. Lucas growled furiously at that fiance and Wedding thing but Nathanial was stuck at company’s name.

“Alohi said that it was Ellsworth industries which means that you have bought her company too.

Now, I know why Franklin law firm was so efficient to register my marriage in ten minutes.”

Alpha sighed and opened the box curiously.

“What the heck?”

He flipped the box at Mukadil, who was dodging flying objects at supersonic speed.

“Don’t get me wrong, Nathan. I specially went to the leading adult store in person. You are not mating with a fated mate, so keep them. They will help you to keep her interested in you.”

Nathanial was enraged, fumed, angered and flabbergasted at Mukadil’s absurd suggestion.

He was glaring at different sex toys scattered on the floor with disbelief. He closed his eyes and counted to ten, panting hard.

“You are a shameless vampire boy. Bad for you, I am not in the mood of fight.”

Alpha reigned in his anger but Lucas was quite interested in this modern tact.

“Thank you, buddy. You are a savoir. This prick is so unromantic. He didn’t stop her when she left.”

He growled in helplessness. Mukadil’s unrivaled powers enabled him to mind link with Lucas directly, so he broke into a fit of laughter.

“I know him, wolf boy. That’s why I came here for rescue.”

Then he made last attempt to direct the Alpha’s attention towards the pressing issue.

“Let’s go and kidnapped that Alvin. He will robe off your wife, Nathan.”

Considering it as an attempt to instigate fight, Alpha ignored his reservations.

“We have the deal, don’t brother.”

Mukadil was stunned at his relaxation, he even suspected his knowledge about werewolf Alphas who kill and die for the partners.

“I am concerned about you, Nathan. That Alpha King is a cleverly scheming bastard. He has made political alliance with his Beta’s son for an illegal explosive deal.

He will not give up easily. Be aware of his trickery.”
