"A malfunctioning Utopia?" the Poet muttered to himself.
Sun Jack stared at the Poet in the video feed, his expression extremely somber, given the life-and-death stakes for all of humanity, he was gravely serious.
He didn't know if the other party would agree, but since the other party wanted a strategy, then he was going to offer one.
The current apocalyptic situation was all caused by a single thought from the Poet, only if he could change his mind could they alter this global warfare situation, sparing many lives.
Moreover, even if his suggested plan ultimately failed, if it could stall the other party for a hundred years or even ten, it would still be better than the current situation.
However, faced with Sun Jack's proposal, the Poet remained silent, the dark-skinned man sat there, chin propped in his hand, pondering.
"Poet," seeing that the other party wasn't speaking, Sun Jack spoke again, "If you are truly looking for a perfect solution for what you call the human system, then why not try this? Or do you simply use it as an excuse to destroy humanity?"
"Uh..." Hearing this, the Poet sighed deeply, his four hands slightly on his hips, curiously eyeing Sun Jack, "Brother, are you testing me or do you really want me to cooperate with you? Or both?"
"Don't change the subject, just tell me what you think about this malfunctioning Utopia plan. If you can engage humanity in a severe crisis of a cold war, facing a life-or-death situation, humanity will automatically band together for warmth, no longer decayed or controlled by capital, nor repeating the cycle."
"With our current technology, plus the strong motivation provided by the cold war, I believe if this situation is maintained for a while, humanity will find its own way to the next stage of evolution!"
"Isn't this what you've been aiming for all these millennia? If you agree, then your objective will be achieved."
"Hold on, wait a moment," the Poet interrupted Sun Jack, "I have a question for you—right now, Earth isn't just up to you, right?"
"What?" Sun Jack frowned.
The Poet began counting on his fingers, "Look, TT, DF23, Third Class, and some other lax cities like Metropolis. You can only actually command and control your own Utopia Federation, and even that was taken from FFP."
"Even if you can convince me, can you convince them? Your plan is predicated on all humanity following your lead, remember they are not your Clones."
"Give me some time, I can try to convince them, just cease fire for now," Sun Jack said.
"Alright! Agreed," the Poet's ready agreement almost caught Sun Jack off guard. "What? You agreed?"
"Yes, I agree. Right now Third Class, with a bunch of mad dogs, is creating trouble for me all over the world."
As the Poet hurriedly agreed, various intense images appeared before Sun Jack's eyes, including the ones previously uploaded from the Clones on the Spacecraft Carrier.
"You first convince them to stop interfering with me, to stop hunting me down everywhere, and I will agree to cooperate with your malfunctioning Utopia plan."
Sun Jack immediately stood up, leaning forward, his hands slamming heavily on the table, "Then you first stop carrying out your destruction plan."
"Why should I?" the Poet asked indifferently, spreading his hands, "The plan was your idea, you stop first then I can stop. Otherwise, how would I know your sincerity?"
"How about this, I'll mediate, and we all stop together?" Sun Jack said.
"Jack, it's too late. I can pull up my pants if they're halfway down, but if the shit has already come out so much that it's about to fall, how can you ask me to shove it back?" the Poet's expression also gradually became serious.
"Stop dreaming, you can't convince them, and you can't convince me either. You can't persuade anyone just by talking."
By the time he finished speaking, not only did Sun Jack see the Poet's intentions, even Tapai beside him did.
"I told you to stop blabbering. Do you know what the AI Crisis is? This damn thing is the AI Crisis, this AI's logic module has already formed a closed loop, nothing you say will matter."
The Poet in the screen nodded in agreement, "She's right, sucker, listen to your wife."
Hearing this, Sun Jack's face darkened, "You never really wanted to save humanity! Your so-called search for humanity's evolutionary path is fake!"
The Poet slowly shook his head, the screen began to blur bit by bit. "I made a deal with Blue Gate a thousand years ago, a thousand years for you to try all kinds of methods, but none worked, my patience has already been exhausted in these 1,000 years."
"In these thousand years, I've sealed off sensory perception around the world, wholeheartedly trying to feel, but all I perceived was humanity's full malice, I am completely disappointed in humanity, now compared to wasting more time with you, I am more eager to see that nature again, where birds sing and flowers emit fragrance."
"Ah~, under the early morning light, everything awakens in tranquility, dew gently kisses the tips of grass like the gentle tears of Mother Earth."
"On the verdant forest path, sunlight spottily falls, each step treading a melody of life, every breath filled with fresh air."
"Ah~ mountains undulate, clouds swirl around, as if the most perfect poem between heaven and earth. Streams babble, stones sit in silence, telling ancient and eternal stories. Night falls, the starry sky is brilliant, the Milky Way stretches across the sky, dreamlike..."
As the Poet's murmuring poem continued, the screen gradually blackened.
"Click," a cigarette was lit, Tapai held it at his lip corner and took a puff, shrugging at Sun Jack. "No use, you might as well have a smoke instead."
"No, there is a way, but some details need to be refined," facing the Poet's attitude, Sun Jack began to search for a better approach.
Sun Jack also lit a cigarette, took a puff, and slowly exhaled the smoke. Under the influence of the nicotine, he quietly pondered.
As the two continued smoking one after another, the room gradually filled with smoke. Half an hour later, Third Class suddenly sent a meeting notification.
As Sun Jack directly connected, he saw that both representatives of TT and DF23 were there, all looking seriously at him, as if facing a great enemy.
"What's up?" Sun Jack asked.
"We have monitored your talks with Omega 31," TriAngle directly spoke, "Sorry, but for the sake of human interest, we had to record the video immediately."
