Teach me, I want to find a CEO girlfriend too!

Sonia was fuming, breathless with anger, her chest heaving as she took deep breaths to calm down.

"You!" Sonia was so angry that she stomped her foot and pointed at him as she yelled, "And you say you haven't bullied them, then why is everyone squatting and refusing to stand up?! They won't even listen to me anymore!"

"You women are such a hassle! Let them answer you themselves!"

Gibson lit a cigarette, took a deep drag, and casually crossed his legs, puffing away comfortably. He looked so at ease, the very picture of cool.

"Exactly, exactly, Mr. Barton hasn't bullied us at all, it was us who were disrespectful!"

"Exercising during work hours is just sharpening our tools for the moment we might actually need them!"

"All thanks to Mr. Barton's careful guidance we've achieved what we have today!"

"What nonsense, we are squatting voluntarily, it has nothing to do with him. Just look at him, a gentle gentleman, soft as jade, how could he possibly bully us? Miss, you've totally misunderstood Mr. Barton!"

"....."

This was so obviously fake that Sonia's eyebrows were knitted tightly together.

What the heck was going on? These guards had been roughed up by Gibson just yesterday.

Gentle as jade? A gentleman? Who are they even describing?

How does any of that describe him?

Sonia was speechless. How had the security team started idolizing this guy in just an hour?

"Damn it! What the hell is going on here?! Why are they all listening to you?!"

Gibson shrugged and chuckled lightly, "Maybe..."

"Maybe what?!"

"Maybe they all know that I'm about to marry you and become the new boss of this company."

"Get lost—!!"

And with that, the surrounding guards all started agreeing with him, completely siding with Gibson. It was as if he'd bewitched them!

"Knock it off with the nonsense. If you can't do your job well, you're out!" Sonia glared at him furiously.

"Listen, lady, I'm telling you one last time, I don't like your tone! Change it!" he said disdainfully.

"You...! Humph!"

Furious, Sonia turned and stormed off.

At that moment, everyone in the security department except Gibson was utterly shocked.

Who was Sonia? The pride of Starfall City, and here she was, totally under this man's control!

Gibson's final remark had left her speechless.

...

"Alright, everyone up!" he said, raising his hand gently.

Thud!

Instead of standing, the guards actually knelt down.

"Sir, you're too badass."

"From now on, we're following you!"

"Teach me how to find a CEO girlfriend!"

"…"

"This is the first time I've seen the boss act all cute. Sir, share some tips with us!" a young guy with glasses grinned mischievously.

Gibson spread his hands and smiled, "Women, you know, they're made of water. But her? She's made of soda. Shake her up, let out some gas, and all that's left is the sweetness!"

"I'm not that educated, but damn, you're awesome!"

"…"

Just then.

The door to the security room was kicked open.

"Damn it, why's the door shut during work hours?! Nolan, are you crazy? Why's everyone kneeling?!"

Nolan was the squad leader of this security team. He was tall, muscular, and dark-skinned.

The man who walked in was slick and polished, with a slicked-back hairstyle!

He wore sharp leather shoes and had one hand in his pocket, looking all cocky. His suit couldn't hide his rogueish vibe.

...

"Hey, Henry's here! Why didn't you come yesterday?!" Nolan grinned apologetically.

Henry smirked, "Had a student last night, fresh as they come! Got a bit delayed, so you guys got everything ready?"

"Yep, all set! Everyone's been waiting for you, Henry!"

With that, everyone took out 500 bucks from their bags and handed it over, totaling a few thousand bucks from a dozen people.

The young man grinned so wide it looked like his mouth would reach the back of his head, but when he looked up, his eyes met Gibson's, "This guy new here?!"

"Yeah, yeah! Just reported in today!" Nolan quickly chimed in.

"Then as per the rules, 500!"

The young man waved the money at Gibson.

"Heh, you dare ask me for money?!"

Gibson sneered, and the room's temperature dropped instantly. The young guy named Barton felt a chill run down his neck.

Nolan quickly stepped in, pulling out another 500 bucks from his bag and handing it over, "Sorry, sorry, he doesn't know the rules yet!"

"Hmph! Teach him well. If he wants to stay here, he better learn the ropes! I'm out!"

"Sure, sure! Take care, Henry, see you next month!"

"…"

After he left, Nolan closed the door and spat on the ground, "Damn it!"

Even though everyone hated him, they still obediently gave him money.

Gibson, crossing his legs, smiled in confusion, "If you hate it, why give him money?"

"Ah, you wouldn't understand, Sir! That guy's from HR and holds a lot of power over people's jobs!" Nolan sighed helplessly.

"And the company is managed like this?! Letting such scum stay here is a waste of resources!"

"Ah, you can't blame Miss Juarez. The guy's uncle is on the board, even Miss Juarez has to give him some leeway! As long as he doesn't go too far, we tolerate him as much as we can!"

"…"

Hearing this, Gibson couldn't help but crack a wicked smile.

Amazing! There's actually someone daring enough to ask him for money!
