CHAPTER 101 Something Unexpected

  A Month Later

  "God, you are beautiful." Devon's lips brushed against the side of my neck, his teeth grazing my skin as he pulled me into a heated kiss that made it hard to concentrate on flipping the pancakes. He'd been doing this for the past ten minutes, leaving his marks yet not bothering to stop.

  "Devon, stop it." I groaned, trying to hide the breathless gasp that threatened to escape. "I'm making breakfast for us."

  "And he's focusing on his breakfast," Chase answered, leaning over to dip a finger in the pancake batter, then playfully dabbing it on the tip of my nose. "What's wrong with that?"

  I rolled my eyes, frowning as I swung the spatula at him. "Will you two stop annoying the hell out of me?"

  "That hurt, Jade," Chase feigned offense, rubbing his bicep dramatically- though his muscles were so massive, it could probably knock ten Jades straight to hell. "Give it a kiss."

  "Kiss? My arse."
