First Skill

After the laughter and tears had settled down, the family spent a little bit more time. They made sure that Elias was fine and comfortable, tending to him with gentle hands and soft voices.

When the midnight dawned, Tyron, made the bed for him and Allyza. All of them will sleep together ot he family room for tonight.

Their family room consists of multiple small beds, and one larger one. At the right side were a furnace and a couch, enough to be considered another bed. In front of it was a glass table, with a few indoor activities on top.

"Are you done, my wife?" After making the bed, he then joined Allyza, who was already tucking Theron and Elias into their beds. The warmth of the room made the atmosphere cozy and peaceful.

"Goodnight, Elias and Theron," Allyza whispered, kissing each of them on the forehead. Tyron followed suit, his gaze softening as he looked at his son and nephew.

"Sleep well. The cooks have prepared a great meal for tomorrow.' he said in a gentle tone. He patted Elias on the head and gave a reassuring squeeze to Theron's small hand.

"Goodnight auntie, uncle." Elias uttered in a low voice, before hiding his full body in the blanket.

Theron, on the other hand, remained quiet. his eyes were closed if he was sleeping after drinking some milk.

As the room quieted, Allyza and Tyron moved to the larger bed, still within sight of their children. They immediately feel asleep, feeling the tiredness on their every limbs as they lie down against the soft mattress.

'Status page.'

Theron's system stats appeared before his eyes as he opened them.

As Theron glanced on his mana, he quickly realized that he hadn't return the piece of mana to himself.

He tilted his head and pressed his lips together. For now, he wouldn't be able to return it yet to himself as he still hasn't had fully recovered from taking it out earlier.

'Let's update my attribute first' Theron immediately chose to upgrade his Magic. He didn't even spare a moment to think about it.

Theron smiled widely after seeing the notification on his upgrade.

[Congratulations, My Lord! Now that you have reached the grade "D-" in your Magic Attribute, it's time for you to make your first choice.]

"Oh? I'll get to choose?" Theron whispered in the air. He had become thrilled just by thinking of it.

Theron, to make sure that everyone was deep asleep, looked left and right. He smiled widely when he saw that Charlize and Elias were making small deep breaths while his parents hugged each other to sleep.

'Where's the choice?' He impatiently asked, excited for it.

'These are some good choices!' Theron's eyes immediately widened. He moved his arms up and down, above his head. He couldn't contain his excitement.

They may looked low-levelled, but these are magic skills that are taught strictly in schooled magicians whose age ranged from 6-10 years old.

It will be impossible to use any one of them at such young age. But here is Theron, proving everyine that it it was possible.

'So what is the best choice among these three?' Theron thought as he stared at it intently.

A couple of thoughts appeared on his mind, all of them tackling the pros and cons of each skill. However, looking at it in his point of view, it seemed like the first one was the most probable answer.

Theron was just a toddler. He was still growing and could barely do anything in their house except to play and spend time with the people around.

Sometimes he do things such as drawing. However, they were all meaningless hobbies that wouldn't even protect him in times of danger.

'I guess choosing something offensive is the best choice for now.' Theron thought as his eyes glanced over at his little hands.

He couldn't wait to do more things with this hands

Theron just need to wait a little more to be able to hold a sword and help with their family business. Sometimes it was frustrating that whenever his parents or grandparents would have a serious talk, they'd leave him alone in his room with the maids.

Theron have tried doing his pitiful crying, but it haven't worked even for one time.

'Oh well, let's pick it.' Theron quickly diverged from his thiughts before looking forward once again.

'I'll pick the first one.' Theron made a decision.

[Congralutations!]

[Firs Skill Activated!]

[Congratulations, My Lord! This is a great achievement.]

The system happily greeted Theron.
