Aidan sank into the darkness, his form dissolving into a mass of writhing shadows. His breathing was steady, controlled. His heart pounded in his chest.

The moment he vanished, the undead horde lurched into motion, spreading out like a swarm of mindless predators.

The ruined castle loomed over the battlefield, its jagged remains casting long shadows under the blood-red sky. Broken walls, shattered corridors, crumbling towers—this would be his battleground. A place to strike, retreat, and kill. One by one.

He crouched low behind a fallen pillar, watching as the undead split up.

Captain America, The Thing, and Colossus trudged toward the eastern halls, their soulless eyes scanning for movement. Red Hulk and Juggernaut took the courtyard, their massive forms crushing debris beneath their steps. Sentry hovered above, his eerie golden glow illuminating the battlefield.

And then there was Abomination and Amora, standing at the center of the ruins.

"COWARD! COME OUT AND DIE LIKE A MAN!" Abomination's thunderous roar shook the air, his massive claws slicing through a nearby wall.

Aidan narrowed his eyes.

'No chance I'm fighting them all at once. at least not in this form... I need to thin them out. I have enough mana to keep Fire Dragon King Mode and Lightning Dragon King Mode active, but if I push too hard, I'll drain myself before the real threats even step in.'

'Play it smart. Hit, run, hide. Make them suffer.'

His gaze flicked toward the eastern halls.

Cap and Thing are separated from the main group. They're tough, but they're not invincible. If I take them out now, that's two less monsters hunting me down.

Aidan's body melted into the darkness, slipping through the broken corridors like a ghost.

The corridor was suffocatingly dark, the air thick with the scent of mildew, rot, and ash.

Captain America's shield clanked against his arm as he stalked forward, his movements slow but unnaturally steady. The Thing walked beside him, his massive stone hands clenching and unclenching.

Above them, Aidan moved through the fractured ceiling beams, his presence concealed by the shadows. His fingers twitched—fire and lightning coiling around his fists.

One shot.

He descended in a blur, his flaming clawed fist crashing down onto Cap's shield with explosive force. The impact tore through the stone floor, sending cracks spider-webbing across the walls. Cap was sent skidding backward, boots grinding against the rubble.

Before The Thing could react, Aidan twisted mid-air—

CRACK!

A spear of lightning slammed into The Thing's rocky skull, making the giant stagger. But the undead refused to fall. A guttural snarl rumbled from his throat as he charged, swinging a fist the size of a boulder.

Aidan didn't let it get close.

He sidestepped, ducking low and driving his flaming claws into The Thing's knee, melting through stone-like flesh like wax. The giant lurched, struggling to stay upright, but Aidan ripped his claws free, leaving a gaping, smoldering wound.

Captain America was already moving again, his shield a blur of metal as he swung at Aidan's head.

Too slow.

Aidan vanished before the strike landed, reappearing behind Cap, his foot ignited in dragon fire. His flaming heel collided with Cap's skull, driving him into the ground with bone-shattering force.

The undead twitched, trying to rise—

Aidan grabbed him by the head. Fire and lightning burst from his palm.

Captain America's skull caved in instantly. His body turned to ash in seconds.

The Thing roared, lunging again.

Aidan didn't move.

The moment the creature was in range—both hands plunged into its chest. Fire and lightning surged through its entire body. The Thing convulsed violently, his rocky form melting from the inside out.

Within moments, only charred rubble remained.

Aidan stood over the remains, his breathing steady.

Two down.

A distant BOOM echoed across the castle grounds.

His head snapped toward the noise—

And then—

A golden blur.

BOOM!

Before he could react, something slammed into him, sending him crashing through the walls like a ragdoll. He twisted mid-air, flipping onto his feet as the dust settled.

His gaze lifted.

And he saw them.

All of them.

Abomination stood at the center, his hulking form radiating rage. Beside him, Amora stretched her arms, her body trembling with excitement, lips curling into an ecstatic grin.

Above, Sentry hovered like a golden specter, his undead eyes locked onto Aidan.

Colossus. Juggernaut. Red Hulk.

They surrounded him.

Amora licked her lips. "Ohhh~ my sweet, sweet dragon... you're all alone now~!"

Aidan clicked his tongue. "Tsk... Aight... Looks like my hunt is over, eh? Fine, fine..." He rolled his neck as raw energy crackled around his body.

No more running.

No more hiding.

His body shifted—transcended.

A divine glow radiated from him as Azure Water armor scales covered his form, shimmering with the combined power of White, Sky, and Water Dragon Slayer Magic. His azure eyes shone brightly—a holy yet terrifying glow that made the battlefield freeze.

For the first time in the fight, Amora felt something she never thought she'd feel toward a child.

Terror.

Juggernaut roared, charging like an unstoppable force.

Aidan vanished.

BANG!

One hit. One single, precise punch to the head.

BOOM!

Juggernaut's entire skull exploded like a watermelon hit with a sledgehammer. Blood and brain matter sprayed across the battlefield, splashing over Amora, Abomination, and Red Hulk.

For a full two seconds, silence reigned.

Then—

"AHHHH!!" Abomination staggered back, staring at the headless corpse. "No—no! What the hell was that?! What the fuck are you?!"

Aidan slowly turned to him.

"You're next."

Abomination howled, his fear overriding reason. But Red Hulk was different—he gritted his teeth and lunged, fists crackling with heat, rage boiling in his eyes.

Aidan sighed. "Fine. Let's go flying."

WHOOSH!

In an instant, he grabbed both giants and soared into the skies, dragging them with him.

Sentry reacted instantly, his eyes flashing—BOOM!—a burst of searing heat vision cutting through the sky.

Aidan simply tilted his wrist, positioning Red Hulk as a shield.

BOOM!

Red Hulk's body spasmed as the attack burned through his back, his pained growls echoing across the battlefield.

Aidan smirked, then spun midair, swinging Abomination and Red Hulk into each other like living clubs.

CRACK!

Skulls shattered.

They didn't even have time to process their own deaths.

Aidan's grip tightened around both of their heads.

Then—

BOOM!

Like a meteor crashing to earth, he slammed them into the ground at supersonic speeds. Their heads burst like overripe fruit, blood soaking into the rubble-strewn battlefield.

Amora trembled as she watched the slaughter unfold. Three titans—dead in seconds.

"This… this isn't possible," she whispered, staggering back.

Desperation flared in her emerald eyes. She snapped her fingers, unleashing a wave of dark magic, hexes woven into the very air.

"PERISH! BE CURSED FOR ETERNITY!"

Aidan smirked.

Then he breathed in.

WHOOSH!

The entire cloud of magic vanished.

Amora's eyes widened in horror. "H-How—?!"

Aidan exhaled. "That's cute. You didn't know?" His eyes gleamed. "I eat magic."

"NO!"

Amora frantically summoned more undead—an entire army clawing its way from the earth, defending the only two warriors left standing: Colossus and Sentry.

Aidan rose into the sky.

His hand extended.

And then—

A Holy Ray of Light descended.

A beam of pure azure destruction carved through the entire undead horde, vaporizing them instantly.

Only Colossus and Sentry remained.

Aidan's hands shifted, morphing into air-forged Dragon Claws.

He approached Colossus, his voice soft, almost regretful.

"Sorry to see you die again, friend."

Before Colossus could react—

SHLKK!

Aidan's claws pierced through his iron chest, puncturing his heart.

Colossus twitched, his massive form faltering before crumbling to the ground.

Sentry lunged. A blur of rage and golden power.

He slammed into Aidan, fists flying—a relentless storm of golden strikes. Each impact sent shockwaves rippling through the battlefield.

Aidan let him.

He stood there. Taking every punch.

Sentry's growls filled the air, his attacks blurring into a golden tempest.

Nothing.

Aidan didn't even flinch.

Then, he spoke.

"Do you like water?"

Sentry hesitated. A flicker of uncertainty in his eyes.

Then he felt it.

Something behind him.

Seven massive water serpents, their glowing azure eyes locked onto him.

Before he could react—

"SSSSHHH!"

The serpents lunged.

BOOM!

The impact tore Sentry from Aidan's grip, sending him spiraling through the sky.

And then—

Aidan appeared before him.

His fist glowed with White Dragon Slayer Energy.

He struck.

CRACK!

The energy weakened Sentry's very existence. His godlike durability faltered.

Aidan shifted again, his hands morphing into Sky Dragon Claws.

SHRRRIP!

He ripped Sentry's arms off.

Sentry didn't even have the mouth to scream.

Aidan exhaled. "Thank you for your service."

Then he punched a hole through Sentry's chest.

The golden titan's body twitched… then went still.

He was dead.

Aidan turned.

Amora…

Was gone.

His eyes narrowed.

His anger rose.

"She escaped…?" His body trembled as his magic reserves drained.

He needed mana—lots and lots of mana.

And the air, rocks, and iron from the castle?

They weren't going to be enough.
