The Mountain of Chaos

Walking across the bridge Felix soon lost sight of the place he stepped out from, but his destination was still not visible which went to show how far the mountains were from each other.

Picking up his speed, Felix broke our in a run to reach the Mountain of Chaos as soon as possible.

Even after Felix started running at his fastest speed by bending space as well, it took him a whole hour to reach the mountains footsteps.

Looking up from the bottom of the mountain, Felix's mouth couldn't help dropping since the mountain was very tall giving the impression that it was touching the sky, and looking at the numbering system outside the caves his abode was probably right under the peak.

Cursing the stingy college for not putting teleportation arrays, Felix could only start running once more.

Luckily he didn't need to go circles around the mountain to climb up, since a straight path led to the peak.

The whole time Felix was making his way up the Mountain of Chaos he couldn't help but feel amazed at how it looked.

In his mind, before Felix saw the mountain he imagined that it would be a barren mountain surrounded in a never ending lightning storms and tornadoes.

However, it wasn't even close to what he was expecting. The Mountain of Chaos was flourishing!

The mountain was covered completely by various herbs and plants, and the sun rays felt perfectly warm against the skin. There were various streams of water flowing all over the mountain, and various beasts were lazing around everywhere.

Looking at all of this Felix understood that his expectation was correct about Order forming out of Chaos. And this mountain was the very proof of it.

The closer Felix got to the peak, the denser he could feel the Dao around him becoming.

Soon Felix climbed all up the Mountain of Chaos, and right in front of his out of breath body was the cave abode with the number '2' on it.

By now Felix figured out that the Dao of Chaos was the most concentrated at the peak, which meant that he was given the second best living residence on the mountain.

Usually, the top 20 rooms were all reserved for the teachers, and were very almost never given to the students.

However since Felix was the only other one living on the mountain, he got the chance to live so close to the peak.

Tilting his head Felix could make out that above him there was another cave abode, which was right near the peak.

As much as Felix wanted to see the female teacher of the Chaos Mountain, he was very much exhausted from everything that happened until now.

Not only had he just ascended, but he also had to go through two tests, and run very far as well, therefore all he wanted right now was to lie down and sleep.

Entering his cave, Felix saw that the inside was spacious and divided into various rooms.

The first room had a few chairs surrounding a table and three doors on each side.. To the left was the bedroom with just a bed and a cupboard. And connected to the bedroom was the washroom

On the other side of the living room was what looked like a kitchen to make food.

And finally, the middle door opened into a small space that had just a mat inside it. The mat wasn't too big and was only 8x8 feet in size.

However, once Felix put his leg on it he could feel the Dao of Chaos spiralling around him turning him dizzy from it.

Taking a step back, Felix lifted the mat and saw an array underneath it. Though he didn't know much about arrays, Felix understood that this was an accumulation array which collected Dao from around it.

Thinking for a few seconds, Felix borough the pillow which was on the bed and threw it on the mat after which he went to sleep immediately.

Unlike other Felix's body cultivated every single second, therefore it would be a waste of his time to not take this opportunity and sleep on the mat just because the floor wasn't as soft as the bed.

....

The Cultivation in Dao Realm depended on how much Dao an individual comprehend.

It didn't matter how many various Daos one learnt, because what mattered the most was how well they knew their most dominant Dao.

In fact, there weren't any things such as different realms or levels in Dao Cultivation.

Due to this there was no clear distinction on how strong an individual was, and the only way to know who was stronger between two individuals was to fight it out.

After all even though one could sense which Dao others had learnt, they'd never be able to figure out how deep their understanding on it is.

Therefore it was widely agreed that there was no limit to the cultivation of Dao, the only thing which is limited is the cultivator's lifespan.
