Zila Evanora

Since the day Felix first met the head teacher of the Chaos Mountain, he lived every day in the same way.

He'd sleep on top of the mat so that he could comprehend the Dao of Chaos while sleeping, and then he'd wake up and spend the rest of the day on the mountain peak with the huge boobed Zila Evanora.

By now Felix found out that the wine Zila was drinking had been made specially to help the one who drank it increase their comprehension towards the Dao of Chaos.

At the same time, Zila was no longer stingy, and brought an extra bottle with her every day for Felix to drink, while the two of them spoke.

Felix and Zila would rarely talk about Dao, or any such things. But instead, they'd share stores from each of their lives.

Though Zila was the one who had the most stores to share, since she had lived for millions of years, she herself enjoyed listening to Felix's stores which were usually about him seducing women.

The stores were mostly from the time he spent as the Demon Wife Plucker, and seduced his way into the bedrooms of married women, and then run away from the horde of angry husbands.

Zila's stores, on the other hand, were about the various fights she took place in, how she was born from the union of sea and sky making her a beast of Chaos, the time when she made the Dao Realm shudder from her anger, and so on.

As the days went by the two of them got pretty close, and Felix wasn't just attracted to her because of her huge boobs, or since he received a mission to make her his sixth horny beast.

He genuinely felt happy spending his time with her. Luckily he didn't forget to go to the palace and visit his women every once in a while.

And with all the time he spent with her Felix found that Zila wasn't lazy or self-centred. She was just weary and tired from living for so long.

It turned out that she lived in these very mountains before the Ethereal Dao College was even established. And only after a huge battle which spanned hundreds of years did she compromise with the college's founder and allowed him to set up the Ethereal Dao College.

Her condition in return was that she'd live in the same mountain, and teach the Dao of Chaos to those who join.

Unfortunately, the enthusiasm she found after a long time from thinking about teaching Dao didn't last long, because not even 1 in every 10000 students had decent enough talent to make her care.

Due to this she soon once again turned lazy and spent her time drinking because that was the only activity which made her feel that time went faster.

...

"For someone of your strength, this wine has no effect on your comprehension. So why do you drink it Zila?"

"This wine has been my only companion throughout the long years, Felix. And even though it can no longer help me grow stronger, it can still keep me company."

Looking at the bitter smile on Zila's face Felix understood that everyone had their own troubles.

The weak living creatures all wanted to grow strong and become invincible, but only the truly strong ones knew about the loneliness that came with strength.

Looking straight into Zila's blue eyes which reflected the colour and depth of the seas, Felix blurted out the one question he had been hoping to ask for a long time.

"If life is so boring why don't you just give up on it?"

Even Felix didn't know why he asked that question, but for some reason, he really wanted to know the answer because in the future he might also be in the very same state.

Understanding Felix's question, Zila looked weirdly at Felix since no one ever asked her such a question. However, she didn't mind it too much, and smiled.

"If I choose to die just because life is too boring, it would bring shame to my whole life which was spent defying the heavens. And I can't bare with it even in my death."

Using her hand to bring Felix's head closer and let it touch hers, the two of them looked far into the sky, as she added, "Also if I had chosen to give up on life, we never would've met right?"

"Anyway don't think too much about it, and instead focus on comprehending the Dao of Chaos. You're too young to think about living an eternal life."

Saying so Zila stood up and ruflled Felix's hair after which she left since the sun was about to set anyway.

"Rest early Felix, I'll see you tomorrow."

Felix in response only nodded his head while still staring at the horizon lost in his own thoughts.
