Chapter 35: A Divided Sect

The poor Ancestor, and especially the Sect Master couldn't help but feel like they had been stabbed on the back from the newly elected Elders Council.

These bastards were looking to reap benefits when their future was in danger, it was just like they were selling their souls for momentary benefits.

Of course, they had no idea that the Council of Elders was already under my orders, and things got better when the ones proposing had been Sect Master's cultivating partners.

After all, as the Sect Master of the Sect, the guy hadn't let go of any opportunity to dual cultivate with the elders, or anyone else that caught his eye.

That made the Sect Master unable to speak for a few moments, not knowing what to say, and how to say it.

But he quickly regained composure as he started berating F1 and the rest of the Elders Council,

"Do you know what the fu*ck you are saying right now, you bi*tch!?

Are you trying to sell our Sect for benefits!?"

He looked and talked quite imposingly, as he tried to regain his previous momentum, but he had lost the edge when he hesitated earlier.

"Hmph~!

The Council is just trying to think of the Sect's future!

You are the one who is obsessed with control and resources, and don't want to let go of your position and resources!"

At the same time, F1 sent a mental message to the Sect Master, and the contents were as follows,

'Since you know is for benefits, then just let us enjoy the new benefits we got!

Otherwise, we are going to oppose you in any decision, you aren't the only one who has Ancestors!'

It was precisely this message that made the Sect Master almost go crazy. The bitch was blatantly threatening him, not caring about the Sect's future.

There was no way he was going to allow this go through. If he allowed her to have the upper hand this once, he was sure that there would be a second time soon.

He couldn't allow this to set a precedence, so he had to make sure that he quelled the 'rebellion' or to be better said he crushed the fu*cking bastards, so no one would think of doing it again.

With those thoughts in mind, he immediately used Domain to put pressure on F1, wanting to use force to put her down.

While F1 was a Yang Queen Realm powerhouse as well, she was nowhere close to the Sect Master's level.

Let me just give you a general idea of their real levels and strength at the moment,

F1 — 3rd level of the Yang Queen Realm

F2 — 4th level of the Yang Queen Realm

M1 — 4th level of the Yang King Realm

M2 — 3rd level of the Yang King Realm

M3— 2nd level of the Yang King Realm

Sect Master — 7th level of the Yang King Realm

Grand Emperor — 8th level of the Yang King Realm

Ancestor — 8th level of the Yang King Realm

Matriarch — 6th level of the Yang Queen Realm

Vice Sect Master — 4th level of the Yang King Realm.

While there was the difference of just one level between F1 and the Sect Master, the bastard had actually comprehended Domain.

But F1 didn't need to act, or remove the pressure, as there was always someone else that was going to help her out, the Grand Emperor.

The guy was already extremely dissatisfied with the way he had been treated, and the fact that he didn't have a reason to retaliate, which he got with F1.

While it would be a forceful push, he didn't really care as long as he had a reason.

"Are you trying to mess in our Internal Affairs Grant!?"

This time it wasn't the Ancestor who called the Grand Emperor by the name, but the Sect Master.

Of course, with his current level and achievements he wasn't really behind, and could be said to be in the same level as the Grand Emperor.

But the Grand Emperor was a man that didn't want to hear even someone of his own generation call him by his name, not to mention a damned bastard like the Sect Master.

'Swwwooooosshhhhhh~!'

Pissed off from the situation, the Grand Emperor's Golden Aura immediately solidified in a burst of energy, and sent the Sect Master flying.

If it weren't for the Ancestor behind him, smoothing his fly, and slowly bringing him back to the position, the Sect Master was surely going to be humiliated today.

"Just who the fu*ck do you think you are to be calling me by my name, you little snotty brat!?

Not even that bi*tch by your side can do that more than once, and you think you have a chance?

You better fu*cking behave, or I will make sure that you get forgotten by this world!"

The Sect Master wanted to retort and put the old thing to his place, but he was stopped from the Ancestor, who finally couldn't let this go further as she said,

"Gr…Grand Emperor Grant, forgive my junior about his insolence, but he is right!

You don't have any rights to mess with our Sect's internal affairs, or does the Empire want to start a war with all the Sects!?"

"Heheheheh~!

But I am not messing with your Sect's internal affairs Fairy Xia, I am just protecting my potential ally!

After all, the Elders Council just mentioned that they were going to sign a partial Alliance with us!

You wouldn't us to become the laughingstock of the whole world due to not protecting our allies, would you!?"

While Grant put it out nicely, everyone at the scene including F1 and the rest could understand that he was just bullshitting his way through.

But as long as there was a reason, as long as there was a good enough cause, no one could stop him from asserting his dominance.

I had used F1 to stand up just to provide the guy with the right cause to make a mess.

While I wanted to have the Yin-Yang Prairie Sect in pristine condition, having the Sect Master lead it with great momentum would be detrimental to my plans.

While the Vice Sect Master was a greedy fool who feared the strong and bullied the weak, the Sect Master was different.

If the Vice Sect Master wouldn't mind to even give his wife away to please someone strong enough, the Sect Master seemed like an obsessed bastard that wouldn't even give a shit away.

He was like me!

Well, he had similar thoughts to me, and one would think that those thoughts would make us grow closer.

The truth was on the opposite direction, it was precisely due to that, that I knew I had to destroy his hopes, momentum, and authority from the very beginning.

The Vice Sect Master would try to outsmart and backstab me, but this bastard Sect Master had the possibility of fighting head-to-head.

That was the worst bunch for someone like me! Because he would try to pull me out in the open, and then use their charisma, strength, and authority to crush me.

To make matters worse for me, the chasm of disparity between the two of us was just like day and night.

This bastard would only need to breathe heavily, and I would perish without a trace, something that I couldn't allow to happen.

Returning back to the scene within the gathering, the Sect Master's face was completely dark and heavy.

If he could, he would have killed the Grand Emperor for as long as he had stamina left, but he couldn't, and the situation was getting out of his control as well.

A new stalemate was created all of a sudden, and everyone was keeping their attention on the important figures.

"Elder you do realise that this seems to be only your wishful thinking, right!?

No…"

The Sect Master was trying to isolate F1 first, before using the power of the crowd to completely crush her.

But before he could even voice his second sentence, he heard two more voices from the council,

"Who said that nobody supported her!?

Aren't you trying to throw your weight around, you tyrant!?"

F2, and M2 had taken the stage and stood behind F1!

Out of a council of five Elders, three had already expressed their opinion, while the remaining two seemed to be conflicted at this moment.

It didn't seem like it would be long before they agreed with the other three though, as what started as a possibility was turning into a reality.

The majority of the Elders Council was already of the same mind and decision, so they could easily put their motion through.

While their votes seemed meaningless, they understood that now was the moment to show their unity, so they stood up as well.

The poor Sect Master had a face that said,

'I just had to go and eat shit, didn't I!?'

The Grand Emperor had a wide smile plastered on his face, while the Ancestor behind the Sect Master had a grave look on her face as well.

There was one more person who had an unnatural expression on her face, and that was the Matriarch.

Forgetting about the fact that her sister seemed to be on the oppositions side, the fact that the Sect Master was losing ground, and there was a possible alliance in sight, it made her furious.

After all, the first request of the Alliance was her disciple, the cauldron that she had groomed for her son.

How could she allow something like that to happen???
