In a dark and remote corner of the underworld, a damned soul clung to the edge of the abyss. Hellfire roared below, and eternal suffering seemed inevitable. The human, known in his previous life as ******, had led an existence filled with mistakes and bad decisions. But in this moment of despair, a figure enveloped in light appeared before him.

The gigantic wings of the being, enveloped in multiple eyes for each feather, shone with an ethereal light that contrasted with the entire atmosphere of the place as much as it did with the damned human.

"Human," the figure said, its voice resonating like a heavenly echo. "You have been condemned to suffer eternally for your actions. However, in an act of mercy, you are offered a chance at redemption. You will be able to live a new life, and if you prove that you can change, you will avoid this fate."

The terrified and desperate soul nodded vehemently.

"Yes, I will do whatever it takes. Please give me another chance."

The heavenly figure extended a hand towards him, and in a blinding flash of light, the soul was plucked from the edge of the abyss and transported to another place.

When ****** opened his eyes, he found himself in a completely different world. The sunlight filtering through the green leaves of the trees and the sound of colorful birds chirping made him realize that he had been taken to a land of wildlife.

"Remember," the heavenly voice echoed in his mind. "You have a second chance, but your actions will determine your fate."

Confused but determined, ****** decided that this time he would not waste the opportunity he had been given. He slowly stood up, taking in his surroundings. There was a sensation in his body that was completely unfamiliar to him.

The eyes of the new being began to move from side to side in search of adapting to the new environment at the same time as its limbs, still not accustomed to movement, slowly followed in the direction of the nearest light source where a bright lake surrounded by the wild landscape was located.

With a slow but sure step, the body of the reincarnated soul adapted to the light with each second that it moved until it reached the lake, reflecting its new face.

—Huh?

Its ears, along with its head, tilted at a certain angle, giving the image of a yellow stuffed animal with rabbit ears and an elongated tail in the shape of a lightning bolt.

—P-Pika?

The words did not come out of its mouth, and it was not able to express itself in its previous language; the only expressions that came out were onomatopoeias of its being.

—Pikachu?

With full recognition of his surroundings and his new body, the former human, now in the form of a certain famous rodent, dove into the water in search of trying to wake up in what was for him a nightmare.

After a few minutes without being able to get out of the initial shock of his new figure, he found himself floating like a feather in the water, closing his eyes in a state of sleep.

When he woke up, the sun was high in the sky and the birdsong filled the air. He felt different, not only because of his form, but because of a strange energy that ran through his body. He slowly stood up and noticed that, despite his new appearance, he felt stronger and more agile.

With his energy renewed, he decided to explore this new world. As he moved through the forest, he came across other animals that looked at him with curiosity. Some approached him in a friendly manner, others avoided him. As the hours passed, he began to understand his new reality and adapt to his Pikachu form.

Despite the difficulties, he set out to use this second chance to redeem himself and prove that he could change. During that time, he learned to use his cheeks to generate sparks in the cold night, guiding himself with his new senses around the area in search of a safe place to spend the night.

Soon his ears began to sense the presence of other animals nearby, avoiding them on the way to the lake. Unable to find a place to hide from the cold night, he headed to the nearest cave to sleep. His last thoughts before falling into Morpheus' arms were heard in the back of his mind..
