For 15 years, a mysterious voice told Ash two things 'Get stronger' and 'Fight.' Not the best advice, but when you're stuck in a monster-infested limbo, you take what you can get.



Then, a god shows up, opens a rift, and throws Ash (monsters included) onto Earth. There, he meets his doppelganger, Thorne, who immediately hates him. Why? Thorne thinks Ash wants to steal his hard-earned social status. Yeah, as if Ash cares about high school politics while eldritch horrors are ransacking the mall.
