However, those beasts are not ordinary beasts. They are divine beings who once stood at the same level, if not higher, than the legendary creatures the world ever knew. 

Casting his gaze to the left, Nathan sees numerous summoners accompanied by the likes of demon kings, archangels, vampire progenitors, and other legendary beings. Turning to the right, a massive army of alien symbiotes is waiting to attack. 

There was no fear in his eyes, because standing on his left is a majestic wolf who managed to kill a god, the legendary eight-headed serpent coils on his right, above him is the bird who is glowing like the sun, and behind him is a dragon that once gnawed the roots of the world tree.

"!!!" Anubis understood what this signal meant. He hurriedly shifted his Synchronization from Jinwu to Nathan. Jinwu had played his role in eliminating the rest of the summoners, so there was no need for that power anymore.

On the other hand, Alan was much trickier than they originally expected, so Nathan had to deal with him somehow.

Besides, even though the divine beasts and Nathan didn't say it, all of them knew they shouldn't take others' prey.

The only time they worked together was when it was impossible to win alone or achieve another goal.

However, Nathan's current goal was to defeat Alan by himself. Of course, Anubis was outside that rule. That was the only condition the divine beasts set if Nathan wanted to be reckless. Even Nathan had no choice but to accept them. It wasn't like he was planning to die either.
