Synopsis :-
A 13-year-old deaf teenager living in the 21st century suddenly found himself as a young boy in Japan during the early 1900s. With two World Wars, two nuclear bombs, Hitler and many other disasters awaiting his future, he thought things couldn't get worse.
Except it did.
He found out later on that he had actually reincarnated into the world of Demon Slayer where man-eating demons ruled the night. He thought things couldn't get worse.
Except it did.
But hey! At least he had unparalleled talent, incredibly special eyes and future knowledge.
How will the story of Demon Slayer change with the addition of this unique character? Will so many still die if the Hashiras had one more pillar in the final battle?
Or will the story end on a much happier note?

I was late to the Demon Slayer hype train. I binged it a few days ago while I had my holiday and I couldn't get it out of my mind. I searched for fanfics to stiate my need to get more but was disappointed to see there were barely any, and the existing are all dropped or only part of a multiversal story. Then it hit me, I am a fanfic Author, so I wrote this. Halfway writing the ten chapter, I realized why most of the Demon Slayer fanfic were dropped but I take it as a challenge so expect this to be completed. The main priority in my project is still MTADW so this book update might be a bit slow sometimes but hopefully you will get 5 chapters every week. If you are reader of my previous book, I hope you try this one. My latest works are always the best because I keep improving. The book will have slice of life moments and character interactions, especially the Hashiras as that was why I even felt the need for a fanfic in the first place. We didn't have enough Hashira screen time Well, what else can I say except let me cook🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥. I hope I don't get one spar spam again this time.
If you’re a Demon Slayer fan and haven’t yet stumbled upon Demon Slayer: The Silent Journey, let me tell you: you are missing out on an absolute masterpiece. This fanfiction follows the gripping journey of Seiji, a character who isn’t from this world—or at least, not their world. Seiji is a transmigrator, finding himself in the midst of a world as deadly as it is beautiful, and let me tell you, this story will have you absolutely mesmerized. Seiji is one of the most compelling protagonists I’ve encountered in fanfiction. With his striking purple hair and piercing purple eyes, he instantly stands out, both visually and as a character with a mysterious past. These unique features subtly underscore his out-of-place nature, and they somehow seem fitting in the strange, stunningly dangerous world of Demon Slayer. From the very first chapter, Seiji’s journey is marked by tension, beauty, and tragedy. It’s clear that this isn’t just another fight against demons—it’s an exploration of life, survival, and the terrifying beauty of a world where every moment could be the last. The author’s writing breathes life into the world of Demon Slayer in a way that’s both poetic and haunting. The settings are beautifully described: mist-covered mountains, eerie moonlit forests, the flicker of lanterns casting shadows over ancient temples. Every detail is carefully chosen to transport readers right into Seiji’s world, evoking both the allure and danger of a world teeming with demons. You can almost feel the weight of each dark, moonlit night and the chill in the air as Seiji steps into battles where the odds are impossibly stacked against him. And let’s talk about Rengoku, because The Silent Journey captures him in all his radiant glory. This story does not shy away from showcasing why Rengoku is truly the bestest of boys. We all know him as the Flame Hashira with that unforgettable, fiery spirit, but here, his character is expanded with moments of both strength and vulnerability. Seiji and Rengoku’s interactions are pure gold, from intense training sessions to quiet conversations that reveal Rengoku’s depth and unbreakable compassion. If you thought Rengoku was inspiring in Mugen Train, wait until you see how this story captures his warmth and dedication. His smile and encouragement practically leap off the page, making it easy to understand why he’s so beloved. Amidst the beauty and camaraderie, however, The Silent Journey doesn’t shy away from the darker side of the Demon Slayer universe. This is a world where the stakes are terrifyingly high, and Seiji is constantly faced with brutal battles and profound losses. As an outsider, he brings a fresh perspective, and the tension he experiences is palpable. The author’s depiction of the demons and the terror they bring is nothing short of chilling. The story expertly captures the fragility of life and the relentless resolve needed to face such darkness, making each victory hard-won and deeply meaningful. In summary, Demon Slayer: The Silent Journey is a love letter to Demon Slayer fans, delivering a story that’s as hauntingly beautiful as it is thrilling. From the gorgeous landscapes to the unforgettable character moments, this story draws readers in and doesn’t let go. If you’re looking for a fanfic that’s packed with action, heart, and poetic writing, Seiji’s silent journey is an adventure you won’t soon forget.
Biwa best girl. Justice for Daki. Protection for mother spider.
I’ve only just noticed who you are and what you’ve already so I’m excited for this. Does this have romance
Dude made “more than a dragon warrior” the greatest thing I’ve read so I’m gonna have at bare minimum a good read
Great execution of a concept of power that is underdone because of lack of creativity or simply sometimes lack of thought. I won't spoil it here because that is major plot point in the story so it'd be better if you read it for yourself. The only star I've deducted is in the stability of updates criteria, I would like more chapters and not because of simple greed, the updates are genuinely quite slow and I personally think slow updates, especially at the start, hurt the potential of a story because of simply the fact that it is in these first chapters that people start to connect with the story and judge the story. Out of sight, Out of mind kinda of a deal. I have no issue with writing of the story till now(14 Chapters in, which I know is a short time but that is why I have highlighted this issue here).
Started reading this cuz I was looking for some new fanfics and yeah, it's cool. It feels a little weird, but like in a good way, or maybe unique is the word, It feels fresh is what I'm getting at. I would absolutely give it a try, The only negative i see is that there aren't enough chapters to read.
i will wait till it gets more chapter. i hope you dont add ntr shit like your previous works living with author, it was promising novel yet you add blackmail ntr shit to it :)
I'm afraid to read stories from an author who has worked with NTR (Yes, I'm already traumatized), but I really liked this one so I'll give it a chance 👍🏻
Patreon gang representing, very good so far
Really good plot with giving the mc one power for deficiency which makes him not op like other demon slayer works. I just hope u can make him a bit battle lust type who slaughters demon brutally just my personal preference
Absolutely amazing so far. Author never disappoints with content quality in general, just hope this fic goes far, really far. Looking forward to more. 08/11/24
I was first off put by the harem tag, but I decided not to judge once in a while and not let go of a story just for the tag. But it was definitely worth it. It started off pretty well. It had the sad backstory of why the MC wants to become a demon slayer and the progression is well spent. We don't see any training sequence, which is good or else it's boring. The MC is basically a mirror where he can copy breathing style with enough practice. His character development is very interesting to me. I like the outlooks that he has on demons. No mercy, just kill them all. His character grows with each character he meets. Overall, it is a very good story with balance dialogue and action.
Right now there isn't anything big to complain about. The fights are great. Characters are portrayed faithfully to the originals. Story feels fast-paced but not rushed. With enough space for rest, development and relationships. Now spoilers. And for me that means complaints: - MC feels inconsistent. In his previous world he was a 13 years old, deaf and orphaned boy, not really loved by anyone and so, like every orphaned child, he knows 12 languages, knows quite a bit about history and even had time to read books and manga. xDD - Sometimes it feels like our guy isn't deaf. He knows how to read lips and so can communicate BUT, he was speaking with a swordsmith that has mask on. He shouldn't be able to red his lips. Often in those moments author just writes something like "He knew because of his throat vibrations". It feels like a little bit too much. Even more so as that was used on Hand Demon whose neck was hidden by his hands, just as his mouth. Those aren't really that bad, but I feel like that kills a little bit MC's individuality. Instead of a lifehack like that it might actually be better to to just let MC not hear sometimes. Just think about it, MC doesn't hear the demon and so the demon becomes more and more enraged because of that, or combining the silence with MC's creepy eyes and Demon gets gradually more and more scared, usually familiar with screams of his prey now he fears for his life because of silence
one of the best demon slayer fanfics I have read. this is top tier. don't miss this fanfic. I love how the action scenes are composed. I would recommend this fanfic
