When Arius and Imala were finally able to reach me I felt relieved. If anyone could do it, I knew it would've been him. Because he had got reign to keep cooling my body I was no longer in so much pain, it allowed me to use a small bit of light in the darkness. "Tell me Arius have you any idea whose behind this?" I can't see him but I know he's here. "No, but we obviously know someone who knows something." I nod in the direction of his deep voice in agreement and tell him "Yes he's too obvious but why do I feel like this is too easy? And why didn't mother say anything?." I hear him sigh deeply "That's.. hhhh" I know then that the answer was even something that surprised him. "She didn't see it, well… I mean she saw things after it happened" he say's. "w..what did you say?". He's standing in front of me now "she was destressed when she saw you, so we need to be quick with this." I frown knowing he can't see me.

"Don't tell me" he pats my head "Don't worry, I will go and confirm it. But it really does look like she's back. If she is then she will regret ever returning". I sense a second presence behind me "Hello Imala, sorry to have troubled you" I feel her warm arms wrap around me from behind, her heart shaped face is buried in my shoulder "You scared me!" She mumbles into my clothes, as I pat her head to comfort her "I'm fine as you can see". Arius's white teeth can be seen in the dark "Don't smile like that it's creepy" I scold "Tch… the one time I show emotion and you shut me down. Maybe we should swap abilities huh?, I'm sure darkness would suit you better." He chuckles, "I would punch you in the face if I had the energy" a small giggle comes from my shoulder "As for you" I ruffle her hair "be careful I know being here puts a strain on you so, I won't keep you here much longer.

"Hhhhhh" I try to breathe out the strain on my body. "Take care of my guests while I am away, will yah". I pat Imala's arm and feel her head moving up and down. "Let me worry about here, just take care of my body". I reassure them, Arius grunts as he begins moving away from me from what I can tell with his viice becoming distant. "Hang in there I am going to get you out, Imala lets go." With that her warmth leaves me, we're close me and her. The girl practically takes after me, so when I feel their presence leave, it saddens me.

I let the light go out and feel myself fall back, I can feel myself weakening, Arius left abruptly because he could feel it too!. I think back to my conversation with Arius, mother obviously never saw this coming. Because anything that could hurt us like this she wouldn't allow. She risks herself for us all the time, we have to resolve this fast. If Arius fails to wake me, I fear mother will do something drastic. But if she didn't see this, till after it happened there is a block on her visions. This only happened once before ten years ago, because of her! Clenching my fist weakly reminds me of my predicament. "Stay calm Leora, straining only drains you".

I can feel my body cooling, it's the most relief I have received since being trapped here. It feels like time stays still, I can't tell how much time has passed but I get startled when light bursts from my chest, a terrible scream erupts from my lips "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" It lasts for a couple of minutes. Tears of hopelessness flow from my eyes, A sob comes from my mouth "I'm sorry mother, someones found it! I have failed you!" The book was supposed to be something we passed down to each generation so they didn't have to find things out the way we did. It would help them harness their abilities and not make the same mistakes we did.

I couldn't even protect the stupid thing, not even I was allowed to read it. But that beam of light was an alert to tell me someone had opened the case. If I must use the reserves I have left, I will be out for awhile who knows if I will wake up after that. I close my eyes, soon I will be able to use it. Minutes, hours, days who knows how long I waited before starting to pull all the power I had left, I don't have a choice. I open my eyes and I am in the library, I'm grateful that its sunny and I knew to put window in the ceiling. My body is not here I am an illusion, I quickly make my way to the bookshelf. It stays open till you close it from inside or slip the lever back in place. Damn it! It's open. As I get to the entrance I freeze, it's her! Of all people it had to be her!

She seems to look up at me and is startled "Leora!" The book flies into the air and hits the floor, I just glare at her "I… I didn't me… mean to pry, I accidentally found this place". My image starts to flicker as she turns to pick up the book and places it back on the mantle but not in the case. I know for sure now what I am going to do with her, I won't kill her because death is too easy. I will enslave her and I will torture her and make her wish she never crossed me or my family. She seems to be frozen stiff by what I am sure is my murderous stare. I smile sadistically at her before my power finally gives out. "Wait for me Ina!" Is all I manage to say before I pass out with a sure smile on my face.
