I died as a hardcore gamer, only to open my eyes in a cultivation fantasy I once played. Not as the hero. Not even as a helpful mentor. or a big villian... But as the cannon fodder destined to die before the first act even concludes.
I recognize this world instantly—the sprawling mansions of nobility, the immortal sects hidden in misty mountains, the power hierarchy where cultivators stand above common folk. I've played through this story dozens of times, defeated every hidden boss, unlocked every secret ending. And now I'm trapped inside it, wearing the skin of the game's first villain.
My position? The worthless young master of a prestigious family, universally despised yet secretly possessing a dormant bloodline that nobody in-game ever discovered because this character dies too quickly.
But something is wrong. Characters are behaving differently than they did in the game. Events are unfolding in unexpected ways. The cold beauty who should immediately despise me seems strangely interested in my skills. The vixen villianess who orchestrated my demise now studies me with curiosity.
Is my presence changing the storyline? Or was there always more to this world than what players could see through their screens?
With each deviation from the script I memorized, my meta-knowledge becomes less reliable. Yet it remains my greatest weapon as I navigate political intrigue, forge unlikely alliances, and desperately work to awaken powers that were never meant to be unlocked by a character designed only to die.
I refuse to be expendable. I reject the role assigned to me. In a world where destiny is supposedly predetermined, I will rewrite the algorithm itself—or break the entire system trying.

It’s not bad but it’s just not my cup of coffee. I hate main characters being pushed around and being a doormat, I already do that irl I don’t need a fantasy that does the same. Also I hate know-it-all characters that aren’t on the same side of the MC so yeah, I ain’t reading any further. If you like main characters that are competent and is in control of their lives then you’re gonna hate this, like what’s the point of making him a reincarnated person who knows the story if he’s gonna be forced into the main storyline anyways.
author is there any type of Yuri or ntr in it I hope not
It's a character-driven story so I really love how all of the characters behave very naturally. Especially the mc who is very realistic instead of the hyper-arrogant, hyper-lucky mc that reincarnation stories usually have. The female characters are also unique, interesting and all of them have their own place. Honestly have no dissatisfaction with this one so far.
In my opinion this novel is one of best novel on WebNovel. It’s funny, good story line, characters are interesting. 10 out 10 would recommend a read especially chapter 38 of my favorite chapter.
The truth is it's not bad but I don't like the protagonist. The "beauty" of women in this world is also described too much. I don't know how many chapters it will take until the MC stops being so passive and cowardly unlike what he said in the synopsis 🙄😪😪
It's a pretty nice novel. At first I thought the MC was a pushover but as I started reading I understood that when he gets the chance(or required strength) he fully pays back everything and that's what I loved the most.. I just hope author you keep going like this and please increase the number of updates
Idk why this awesome novel doesn't have enough ratings. I am not really great at writing reviews but if you wanna read a harem novel with smart mc and sol then you are at the right place.
nice work hehe 😁 will go in detail later.

author did you drop this? it has been 27 days and no update...... ir did you die in a car accident or traffic accident and leaving us alone to get isekai'd yourself

it's good, i love it by the way may know how to post characters image in the comment and link in chapter
Honestly it’s a pretty story. The grammar is terrible, and almost unfollowable at times. I think the biggest issue I have is it’s very typical Chinese writing. The antagonists are needlessly annoying. The MC is refreshingly not arrogant, but he is an absolute prick from a human standpoint. Once again typical Chinese’s behavior but constant lying, hiding things. Treating girls like garbage oh and the constant manipulation of women etc… I do think this review would probably be better if I was a fan of Chinese tropes, but I really do detest MCs who treat people like garbage when they treat him well. Also look at my name I’m far from being some feminist incel who cry’s to treat girls better. But manipulating women into loving you for personal gain imo is just as bad as r@pe
