The charcters are pretty monodimensional, they are made just for plot sake and their actions are terribly telegraphed. MC is op, but often the author don't use his sbility to write more, and then he justify it in some dumb way (I still don't understand how someone that likes to torture his enemies without gaining anything from it but pleasure may be considered righteous...) The romance is awful, unnatural and terribly plot forced (though at least it is slow). Ah, I forgot to say that the female lead is a pedo! (It doesn't matter if mc is mature for his age, if you are over 100 don't sleep with a bloody minor!!! You have tens of thousands of years of lifespan, so waiting till he is 18 should be easy...)

This feels like a breath of fresh air in a genre that was starting to feel a little stale, I genuinely recommend others to read this, especially if you like cultivation novels.
