Building A Proper Bath

The dragons had gone over to a nearby place, a little up the mountain. This is where they had decided to recreate the large bath house. During the time it took for Night Silver to heal the people, the dragons had finished what they thought was enough.

"How's that little brother? Looks good right?" Tsa's elder sister asked.

"It looks almost like a perfect replica. You did a great job on it. Though I get the sense that there is something off. Something I didn't see while I was there." Tsa answered, with a low hmm, pondering what it could be.

"Well, if it's something you weren't made aware of, then it would be foolish to assume you could replicate it. Don't worry about it. I'm sure Night Silver won't hold it over your head. She doesn't seem like the type to do that. Though she might tease you a little." Tsa's sister said with a half snicker.

Night Silver had just reached the area when she heard the snickering. It seems like someone is being teased. Good, that means they've finished. "Hey there, oh my, this looks pretty good. Though, there is an issue. But I expected I'd have to take care of it. So no need to worry." She said, walking over to the edge of the hole that would soon become a bath. "You see, this is going to be filled with water. Which means it needs to be able to hold that water for extended periods of time. As the earthen layer is exposed to the water, it will gradually have water seep out of the bath and into the ground. But if we do this… Greater Hardening." She said.

The lining of the large hole turned a different color as it became substantially harder, the result was that it created several lines in the earth as if all the dirt had been transformed into concentrated stones. This turned out to create a unique pattern, yet didn't completely solve the issue at hand. Now there was just the issue of filling in the spaces between the dirt rocks.

"Oh wow, I didn't see this at the other baths." Tsa said intrigued by the design.

"Of course not, my friend and I have different abilities. Though they can perform similar functions, they are in fact different. He's the one that made the concentrated bath floors over there. I was too busy teaching and performing other duties to do it myself." Night Silver said with a light giggle. "Some people might say I'm too powerful, or that I can solve every problem… But the reality is, I'm not perfect either. If I was, then everything would be pointless." She continued, recalling some idiots on forum sites complaining about how she could do everything and was unbalanced. Seriously, none of them bothered to try taking my advice and then complained I was unbalanced. Really? How about they try completing that hellishly difficult world class quest. To then be chased all over the game by others hunting for the World Item, that won't ever drop! Why? Because it's a permanent target on my back! Oh no, gotta calm down.

"I like how the dirt became like this. It's stronger than stone… Maybe even more than metals." One of the other Dragon Lords commented, curiously tapping the dirt stone with the back of his claw.

"Oh, they are about as tough as adamantite. Nothing less than hmm, I'll have to come up with things that make sense to compare it to for all of you… I'd say these things are weaker than your scales. Maybe that's still too large of a gap… Hmm, well. Let's just say they are incredibly durable. And due to the type of magic I used, water can not permeate through them. Nor will they take damage from people stepping on them. Quite nice given that it's a bath." Night Silver answered, or at least tried to.

"So then, what's going in these gaps? Surely, the water could escape through these things, right?" Tsa asked, clearly able to peel up dirt like it was nothing using his claw.

"Ah, that's the fun part about this. I have a summon that is perfect for the job." Night Silver giggled. "Summon Nature's Ally 10th : Arachnid Empress" She called out the name of her spell with a hand forward.

Just then a large spider with several hardened parts that looked like armor plating, and a second body that looked humanoid enough, appeared. It spoke no normal languages, so only Night Silver could commune with it.

"It's good to see you again." Night Silver asked, as the Empress Arachnid kneeled down next to her.

"Mistress, thank you for summoning me, however, I fear that this is the first time we've met…" The Arachnid Empress replied with a half pained tone.

"Oh, I see, maybe the spell summons a different one of your kind each time. I'm sorry about making you feel uncomfortable." Night Silver replied with a pained tone of her own. Knowing that all of those other summons that once fought alongside her, were now lost forever.

"Oh, no, Mistress doesn't have to worry about my feelings. How can I help you? I see some dragons here, are they the enemy? Shall I fight them for you? Or?" The Arachnid Empress asked energetically.

"I know you're ready for a fight, but I need something else right now instead. Could you spin your thread into the cracks here? It needs to be waterproof. I'm intending to turn this into a nice hot spring." Night Silver asked, pointing out all of the cracks.

"Hmm, It's possible, but mother, Mistress said it's supposed to be a hot spring. What kind of fire are you going to use? It might melt my threads away." The Arachnid Empress asked.

"Oh, I'm not going to use fire. Just some enchanted stones that emit a certain amount of heat. And then some other enchantments to keep the water from overheating. So no fire at all. And none of these people here are capable of any fire that could melt your threads. Save for one dragon. But they won't do it, unless they want a bop on the head." Night Silver smirked, patting the Arachnid Empress' head.

"So funny. Alright, I'll get to work." The Arachnid Empress giggled as she let her head swing around enjoying the head pat.
