Rising the hotness in the gym - Part 1

"Did you like your room, Mr. Winchester?" Sienna asked as she entered the gym.

"It's convenient," Kyrell replied, keeping his remarks to himself as he observed her attire.

Sienna wasn't entirely dressed for the gym. Her black sports attire was fit for the racetrack. But they could do with it. Her comfort was paramount.

"How often do you work out, Miss Lawrence?" Kyrell asked, looking at her doubtfully. She didn't seem like a person who worked out regularly.

Sienna smiled at him guiltily and looked around the suddenly unfamiliar gym. She rarely dropped by. Working out had never been her forte.

"How about never?" Sienna asked, switching her weight on her legs feeling sheepish under his scrutinizing gaze.

Kyrell had expected this answer. But he was taken aback to see the woman accept it without remorse.

"Are you serious?"

"Yeah." Sienna shrugged, recalling an incident that had been a talk of the family for a long time.

Travis had challenged her to exercise for a month without giving up. Sienna accepted the challenge, overcome with the desire to win. But she didn't even last a week, let alone a month.

Kyrell sighed and shook his head.

"Fine. I'll create a routine for you and expect you to adhere to it, Miss Lawrence," he said sternly and Sienna nodded. She was determined to not give up this time. After all, her life was at stake and she could only rely on herself.

"Let's begin with loosening the muscles first," he instructed and Sienna stood before him, watching his movements without blinking. It was then she noticed that the man was dressed in a pair of shorts and a singlet.

But what caught her attention was his body. Kyrell had a body to die for and Sienna's eyes widened for a moment, her mind going blank instantly.

Kyrell's amazing proportions and tanned body were no less attractive than a Hollywood star or a model. And for a moment, she wondered how he'd look without the singlet.

"Miss Lawrence." Kyrell's loud voice brought her out of her trance before she could imagine the scene.

"Huh?"

"If you are done ogling at my body, shall we begin?" he asked playfully, his eyes filled with a teasing glint.

Sienna was embarrassed at being caught staring but she didn't show it. Instead, she continued to stare at his body before moving her eyes to his face. "What a spoilsport! I was finally getting to the good part."

Although she mumbled the last few words to herself, Kyrell still heard them and his lips curled up on one side into a smirk.

"Miss Lawrence, focus," he commanded and Sienna instinctively stood at attention, her body responding to his orders as if she were one of his subordinates.

Not just Sienna even Kyrell was surprised to see her reflexive action and he stifled a laugh. He didn't pull her leg this time and started swinging his arms slowly, prompting her to follow suit.

Sienna followed Kyrell's movements, starting from her arms and shoulders to her knees and legs, they didn't stop until her muscles weren't stiff anymore.

"Miss Lawrence, I'll create a routine and workout schedule for you tonight. For today, I'll teach you some self-defense moves," Kyrell said after thinking for some time. His mind was already arranging her schedule and her exercise routine.

Learning self-defense moves would be useless if Sienna wasn't fit and strong. She had to train her body and become stronger, and currently, she was far from being that.

"Will you teach me how to operate a gun as well?" Sienna asked curiously. Although she knew how to use one, thanks to her father, she had a terrible aim.

"Yes. That is also on the agenda. It's the best way to protect yourself, especially if I'm not around."

Sienna's eyes lit up. She had always wanted to perfect her shooting but never had the opportunity.

"Also...." Kyrell pulled out a chain and a bracelet from his pocket and held it before her. "I want you to wear these from now onwards."

Sienna stared at the chain and the bracelets. They seemed nothing different than normal chains and bracelets except for the pendant which was a rectangle as long as her index finger. She couldn't decipher what the man had in mind.

"The bracelet here has GPS tracking. If you happen to lose your phone for some reason, I can track you if you're wearing this," Kyrell explained and Sienna's lips parted in understanding.

"What about the chain?"

"Although the chain is normal, the pendant isn't. The pendant here," Kyrell twisted the pendant and Sienna saw a knife emerge suddenly. "Is a knife. The pendant here could be a brilliant weapon if you don't have a gun. It can even kill people. So, be careful."

Sienna was in awe. The pendant knife seemed like a good weapon to carry. Just by looking at it, she could tell how sharp it was.

"Miss Lawrence, always aim for the eyes if you're defending yourself. Eyes are the most vulnerable part followed by the groin."

Sienna knew it. Her brother had given a class once, a class that had lasted no more than five minutes.

"If you ever encounter a scenario where you're unable to use either your gun or the knife, attack their eyes or the groin. Don't hold back. Protecting yourself is important." Kyrell continued, satisfied that he had her attention.

"True that." Sienna nodded with her lips pursed.

"Utilize anything you have with you. Your bag, belt, shoes, anything. Let me tell you, a woman's bag and shoes can inflict some serious injuries if they are used properly."

Sienna smiled at him oddly and Kyrell gave her a questioning look.

"How do you know, Mr. Winchester? Have you been on the receiving end?" Sienna quirked her brows playfully and gave him a knowing look.

Kyrell let out a helpless laugh and shook his head. "No. But I have seen my female teammates demonstrate the moves."

"Oh, right." Sienna didn't doubt his words. Her brother wouldn't have contacted the Cheetah Corps if Kyrell's character wasn't good.

"Now, let me teach you how to use a gun."

"Ooo, yeah." Sienna rubbed her hands, eager to begin her practice.
