One of the best hollywood fanfics. The only flaw is that it has blatant chinese propaganda although the translator has toned down to only the unavoidable ones it's still noticeable. If you just ignore that it's very good.

I've read MTL up to 400 chapters and the story is quite good, while the Chinese propaganda isn't too strong because the choice of MC is reasonable and leans towards the United States, so it's not too awkward.

Real good and one of best Hollywood Stories. I like and dislike both the MC's cinematography but it does not diminish in anyway how good the novel is. About Chinese Propaganda: To be honest, while there is some Chinese propaganda, it is not a disgusting amount and I would even say it is the right amount. The MC used to be Chinese and I find it believable that he would like to vacation over there, use Chinese slang and even help their filmmaking industry. Even if he is now American. On over 160+ chapters, there are like 4 of them focusing on China. One thing I do like a lot is how he is trying to make the movies better. Introducing future ways of filming and stuff like that. He is not afraid to change actors and even changing some scenes. I do wonder how he could remember the scrpts of so many movies but meh.. Better this small plot hole than a system story. Imo, this novel is gold and the translater did an awesome job. Wish I had money to subscribe on his Pat.

Typical Hollywood fic written by a Chinese author. I get the feeling that the translator has done his best to keep the racism and nationalism to a low level but it still sneaks up here and there. A pity, because this would've been a pretty decent fic if not written by a brainwashed Chinese with all that such a thing entails.

I rate this 5 stars not because author/translator is my illegitimate child. I genuinely like it. Hollywood genre is now riddled with MCs that pulling 5 scripts out their ass and publishing at least 2 novels in their first month of transmigrating. This work has more realistic take, and not just your usual number game.

The author is obsessed with chinese even the driver is Chinese-american and the food is Chinese with Chinese tea or chinese water even the movie he make must have a chinese thing so if you dont mind chinese supremacist just waste your time and read this -english is not my first language it is the last

writing another review to show the appreciation for just how good you have translated it after reading raw i was going to be mentally retarded skipped tens of chapters to read something understandable. Really anobody thanks for translating it so thoughtfully and not just doing copy paste
