I watched as a smirk tugged at Stella’s lips as she watched me argue with my husband over her. Blake walked to her side, wrapping his arm around her as she curled her fingers around his arm with a pitiful look.

“Stop yelling, you are scaring Stella. Why can’t you be more understanding and stop being so self-centered? Not everything is about you!”

The last thing she remembered was her running out into the pouring rain and the next thing she knew, she was asking a stranger to marry her. That stranger was Xavier Wilder, the billionaire CEO of one of the most successful companies in the country. Kelvin looked at him as he arched his eyebrow at him, an intrigued yet curious expression masked his features.

"Mhmm…" Xavier muttered as he nodded his head. Before his friend could even say another word, he grabbed both him and me and pulled us aside to a corner, hidden away from everyone else. His eyes scanned the nearby surroundings to make sure no one else was nearby before he leaned in closer to murmur next to his friend's ear. "Do you remember 3 years ago? You said you owed me a favour and you would help me with anything?"

Kelvin looked at him as recognition flashed past his eyes for a fleeting moment, the memories from before came flooding his mind. "Yes, but…" he paused and a frown crept onto his face as he observed Xavier's features. "You are looking mad suspicious right now man, what are you up to?" He asked, his voice laced with a hint of doubt and suspicion as he eyed him cautiously.
