Xin Yi rode her bike down a lane street, speeding and showcasing her amazing bike skills. Suddenly, she lost control and crashed into an expensive car.
Her bike fell on one of her legs, causing her to scream in pain.
Xu Kaicheng and his driver rushed out of the car to help her. Kai lifted the bike to free Xin Yi.
The driver tried to pull Xin Yi out from under the bike, but she screamed in pain as her right leg touched the ground. Noticing her distress, Kai came from behind and carried her.
She looked shocked and tried to get down, but he didn't allow her.
"Please, sir, I beg of you, let me go. I serve people like you," she pleaded.
"I am not like Li Qiang," he assured her and placed her in the car before getting in on the other side.
"To the hospital," he instructed his driver.
Xin Yi looked back at her bike.
"Don't worry, it will be sent to you," he assured her.
"Thank you so much, Mr. Xu. And about the car…" she began, her voice trailing off.
"It's okay," he said, making Xin Yi feel even more guilty. She looked out the window.
When they arrived at the hospital, she opened the door at the same time as Xu Kai, who rushed to her side to pick her up.
"Mr. Xu Kai, please, can you put me down?" Xin Yi begged.
Xu Kai didn't answer and just walked to the doctor's room for her to be examined.
"Mr. Xu, what's wrong with him?" the doctor asked as Xu Kai placed Xin Yi on a chair.
"My car hit him," he said.
"No, no, Mr. Xu, I ran into you," she corrected him.
Xu Kai smiled at her and then turned to the doctor.
"Please check on him," he said and walked out of the room, closing the door. He stood beside the door, waiting for Xin Yi to come out.
After a while, Xin Yi emerged with one leg fully bandaged, walking with crutches under her arms, which she found uncomfortable as she had never used them before.
"I'm so grateful to you, Mr. Xu," Xin Yi bowed her head.
"It's okay," he said, and Xin Yi raised her head to see Xu Kai walking away. She smiled and continued to walk until she saw Xu Kai coming with a wheelchair. Her eyes widened, and she tried to walk faster, but he caught up with her.
"Why are you walking so fast? You're hurt," he asked.
"No, no, it's nothing," she lied. Xu Kai gestured for her to sit in the wheelchair, and he started pushing it. Xin Yi's cheeks turned red with embarrassment as many eyes were on them.

"Have you seen Xin Yi?" Li Qiang asked Muyang.
"No, he was in the mansion a while ago," he answered.
"I pay him to work, not to play around," he said, angry about Xin Yi leaving without permission.
Xu Kai parked in front of the Gou mansion and got out to open the door for Xin Yi.
Meanwhile, Li Qiang watched them from the balcony.
"Thank you so much," she thanked him.
"It's okay," he said and handed her the crutches.
"Can you walk, or should I help you?" he offered.
"Yes, yes, thanks," she replied and walked inside the gate.
Xu Kai watched her enter, then drove away.
As soon as Xin Yi entered the bodyguards' quarters, she was stopped by Muyang.
"Where the hell were you?" he asked, his eyes full of anger.
"I…"
"You should know better than to mingle with them. Now you have to face the consequences," he cut in.
"What!? Let me expla—"
"And that is?" Li Qiang walked in, and all the other bodyguards moved forward to watch the scene. {bodyguards chattering}
Xin Yi turned back to look at Li Qiang.
Muchen bit his fingers, worried about his master. He took his phone from his pocket and sent a message to Ru Xuan on WeChat: "Master is in trouble!"

Xu Yi Han walked into 'New Jewel Agency,' the entertainment company she worked for. She walked in with her manager to go to the CEO's office.
"Good evening, Yi Han," her CEO greeted her, but she didn't bother to reply. She sat down, crossed her legs, and folded her arms lightly over her stomach.
"Uh… what's wrong with you?" the CEO asked, scratching his beard.
"Miss Xu is upset about some things, but don't worry, she'll get better," her manager assured the CEO. Xu Yi Han glared at her manager, who nervously scratched the back of her head and smiled.
"So, Yi Han, are you taking the offer for the series?" her CEO asked. "'You Own Me' is written and will be directed by the best director in China. I hope this rich brat accepts the offer,' he thought to himself.
"Why wouldn't I? Is this why you called me here?" she asked, standing up. She opened the door and walked out of the office, with her manager following her.
"Ah!" the CEO sighed and leaned back in his chair.

"NOW TELL ME, HOW DARE YOU GO OUT WITH THE OTHER FAMILY?!" Li Qiang shouted at Xin Yi, who tried her best to hold back her tears, breathing in and out countless times.
"And this, you think you can fool me with it?" He looked at her crutches, thinking they were fake, and pulled them away from her arms, causing her to fall to the ground. Her tears finally rushed out.
Li Qiang didn't care and called two bodyguards.
"Take her to the detention room," he ordered, and the bodyguards dragged her away, causing her leg even more pain.
