Scarlet was enrolled in the Villainess Academy to learn how the world of evil truly operates. T.O.P.S. stands for The Organization of Power Seekers is an ambitious group seeking dominance or influence. Their job is to make their victim suffer for the rest of the school year. And why would they do that? That's part of their hidden mission. Only students who excel in classes are recruited to be one.

"So, have you found your victim?" The girl with jet-black hair asked, her tone casual but her eyes sharp with interest.

"Not yet," replied the woman with short orange hair, leaning back lazily in her chair. "I'm not really in the mood to find one yet. What about you?" she asked, glancing over.

"Nah," the black-haired girl sighed. "It's hard to find a decent victim among the freshmen. None of them stand out for me."

"How will anyone stand out to you," The orange girl asked, raising an eyebrow, "when all you do is wander around campus during class hours?"
