Loyalty and Fear

Zian Yi did not wait for the other guys to make their move. He moved to the front of his army and looked at the large army that had been brought together to end his existence.

He even wondered whether these humans knew what they were facing. He was confident in his power. He was sure that he could kill all the soldiers single-handedly.

“On this continent, there is nothing left to stop me. My reign is inevitable.”

He said in a calm voice. These words were not shouted out but they reached every single soul on the battlefield.

Zian Yi looked back at his soldiers and he could see that many of them were terrified. They had not joined the army to fight against their countrymen, let alone do so for a creature that was neither alive nor dead. Still, none of them dared desert their posts. This was because of the fear he had put in their hearts when he hunted down the deserters of the past. His brutal actions were finally paying off.
