1.8 FLIPPED

Raum wasn't as active in this restarted story as it had been when Furan Shi was in the villa compound. Why, it's a new angle. A juicier angle. They were recording data that wasn't yet stated, if not by a lot, in the story "But Cats Can't Eat This Much Sugar!"

It was the right call, even though sacrifices must be made. Blinded by the new data it can reap, it didn't stop Furan Shi from walking into bondage.

In this world of demihumans, every species age differently. While most carnivores can reach the age fifty to a hundred, the prey were only thirty to fifty, sometimes sixty depending on their lifestyle.

In Jinx's case, fifteen is a bunny's eighteen — it means they slow down maturing by then and are supposed to be legal adults. However, this world, with its loopholes and shitty conforming rules, is still following human standards. That is, globally, eighteen is the legal age no matter what species you are.

Chai and Jinx were two bunnies bought from trusted orphanages, one from Saint's Foundation and the other from its sister, Angel's Foundation For Special Children, respectively. They were the only qualified bunny rabbits out of all the selections. Some were either too young, too old, too skinny, or just plain undesirable.

Chai was pretty for his plumpness as much as he was pliable, while Jinx was in his tender age of fifteen. There were so many things they could teach a maturing bunnyboy, hence the special resthouse.

The two bunnyboys were restricted from doing anything unless one of the three brothers directly commanded so, but after finding it tiring to even order them to eat or to sleep every fucking day, they allowed the two to at least move around on their own to survive.

They're just too obedient. Furan Shi was having fun playing the three brothers like he's dumb. Or they're the ones who are dumb.

Anyways, with that being said, they can finally eat, sleep, take a bath, and walk around in the resthouse without being told to. It was a little smaller than the main house back in Aleister's villa compound, but it was reasonably so.

It had all the facilities five hidden punks needed. Or four. Daddy Tres, the polar bear, was more often outside than he was inside the house, as he'd rather deal with their businesses himself in person rather than train two bunny rabbits. He wasn't really the touchy feely type. Like, his temper was as thin as his rectangular glasses.

As for the remaining two, Daddy Dos, the panda demihuman, was often inside his room, working from home. But he sometimes finds time to spend with the two bunnies. It was an interesting game, actually, to realize Daddy Dos was playing the good bear between him and Daddy Uno, while the latter was the bad bear. Perhaps it was to keep the bunnies at a perfect distance.

And it's working awfully fine, Furan Shi must admit so himself. It had been a week of playing butter and knife with the three(two, rather) bears and he'd concluded he wasn't feeling like escaping. Plus, he's liking the game he's playing with Daddy Uno.

Acting stubborn and hard to get could guarantee the brown bear's bad side, but even then Daddy Uno only went so far as to spank him lying down on his stomach. For some reason, Daddy Uno was being lenient to him.

Until today.

Maybe Furan Shi had pushed the limit past its threshold. He's tied to a chair facing the backseat, his legs separated on each side of it. Around the lower part of his head was a black strap with a ball gag that's lodged inbetween his lips, preventing him from producing more coherent noises than moans and whines.

The thin whip lashed in the air and struck his already reddened back for the third time, earning a gasp from him as his back straightened up from its slackened position.

"Bad bunnies need to learn their lesson," Daddy Uno's voice was a little husky from his rage, his hand clenching the base of the whip tight. On his temples were veins almost popping out as he still tried his best to restrain himself.

This was the best he could do. Jinx was just too.. bratty. Not including the bad luck that seemed to follow him all week, he was acting too high and mighty around the house.

The problem for this day? Jinx had tried to wear something else that's not a skirt. For that he was stripped and tied to this wooden chair, his back facing the angry bear.

"Where did you—" whip— "even got that—" whip— "pair of trousers?" whip. Jinx slumped over, his small figure trembling from the pain. He couldn't respond anymore as he's too busy choking back tears.

His silence, however, earned another whip that made him arch his back as he yelped. He suddenly missed being in a certain corn snake's arms. How was he doing anyways now that Jinx wasn't in the main story frame anymore?

Was Snow back to the original coquettish snow leopard? Was Camilius not acting like Cornylius anymore and was seriously plotting against Aleister?

His thoughts abruptly scattered as he received another whip. Raum felt he had to intervene after reading the other's sensitive pain tolerance almost reaching its limits, so as a good system, he shut down the host character Jinx(Furan Shi) for now.

Jinx's cinnamon eyes rolled to the back of his head and he slumped over the backrest. The intervention wasn't just beneficial to Furan Shi. It was also beneficial to Raum as it can progress the mission.

Daddy Uno's hand froze in the air as he saw the bunny limp, almost lifeless in his unmoving state. "Bunny..?" he hesitantly called out in a softer tone.

No response as to be expected. Jinx was weaker than he'd initially thought.

Just to be sure, Daddy Uno cautiously took some steps forward and, as soon as he reached the bunny, he tried shaking his shoulder. Jinx's head was lolling with the shake. He truly was unconscious. Daddy Uno clicked his tongue and threw the whip away to the side. A fox maiden picked it up to stash it away while another began untying Jinx's hands and feet from the chair at Daddy Uno's command.

But with Jinx's passive skill [Harbinger of Nuanced Inconveniences (lvl4)] in effect, it took a little longer for the fox maid, so Daddy Uno had to intervene, gritting his teeth as he cut the ropes himself with a switchblade.

What an exhausting day. Daddy Uno had just been dealing with a small problem involving one of their bigger warehouses in another countryside town that morning, which took him three whole hours before he could settle it. Between the two bunnies, he often prefered to summon Jinx, much to Chai's joy, because of the little game they're somehow playing. After a tedious work, all he'd wanted to calm him down was a cute little wabbit in a skirt entertaining him. But when Jinx came in wearing something so boyish, Daddy Uno had finally lost it.

Seeing the bunnyboy now, maybe he shouldn't have been too harsh. He should've regained control of his emotions despite his own weariness. Jinx was weaker than he'd initially guessed, and the bunnyboy's bratty attitude only served as an illusion to the bear that he was indeed a lot stronger than he looked.

Daddy Uno lifted the bunnyboy in his arms and carried him away to his room.

Furan Shi woke up by dinner. This time, it wasn't Chai's face that greeted him.

"You sleep too much."

The grizzly bear demihuman rolled his eyes as he pushed a small cart forward. It contained a small pot of hot vegetable soup, strawberry jelly pudding, water, some broccoli treats, and other flowers messily scattered about, like they were thrown there at the last minute.

Furan Shi gawked in awe. "Thank you… daddy."

Daddy Uno clicked his tongue, an in turn the bunnyboy's back straightened up. But with the many small cuts and bruises littering his back beneath that dress, he winced in pain. Seeing this, Daddy Uno immediately regretted showing displeasure. "Relax, bunny. Your wounds haven't healed yet."

"Sorry… daddy.."

Daddy Uno almost felt bad. Almost. If not for the bunnyboy calling him daddy having a strange effect on him, he would've rushed out of the room to fetch more flowers. The only thing rushing right at that moment was his blood, towards his dick. Fortunately, it wasn't enough to pitch a full tent.

"People will like you more if you're fluffy bunnies so eat up."

Daddy Uno briskly walked out, leaving Furan Shi struggling with digesting what just happened. His back ached, and he momentarily forgot about the brown bear as he quickly undressed himself.

"Raum," he called out in a weak voice, just in case Daddy Uno was right outside, listening in. "How bad does it look?"

If birds could wince, Raum's avatar would have at first glance at Jinx's back. His black skin gave way to some small slashes of red, some parts swollen, but washed and fixed with some ointment. "Just… don't lie on your back too much... erm.."

Furan Shi sighed, a hint that he's admitting he really did went overboard with this one. Unintentionally so. He didn't know choosing the wrong attire could get that big fucking fucktard to flare up..!

Ow..

Inevitably, perhaps out of self-pity, Furan Shi sniffled and quietly shed tears.

Of course, the hidden camera recorded everything faithfully, especially when that hidden camera was right inside the stuffed toy at the side. The oblivious Furan Shi punched his pillow repeatedly while letting out the rest of his tears of pain and frustration.

Once he'd calmed down, he began digging into the meal prepared for him. The food choices suggest the bear had at least considered Jinx's condition. Only soft foods for his recovering body for now. And the flowers..

They're crunchy!

It never crossed his mind that Daddy Uno might've felt bad about whipping him to oblivion. Definitely not. It was just proper to take care of someone who you've hurt.

The next day, with his wounds still fresh, another cart of soft foods came into his room. Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner.

The day after that came and he was still served meals in bed. And then the day after that, day after that, then next comes. Daddy Uno continued to serve him breakfast himself. Eh, he could just have the fox maids do it.

Besides, Furan Shi already knew of the three brother's scheme. Bad bear good bear, but the bad bear can't be too bad or the bunnies will run away.

However, by the last day of the week, it wasn't Daddy Uno who pushed the cart in.

"How are you doing, bunny?" Daddy Dos' soft-spoken tone seemingly wafted in the air, a resonating melody sharply contrasting Daddy Uno's. He also had a smile on his charming face, his already narrow eyes turning into narrower crescents as he did so.

And he looked awfully paler than yesterday. Furan Shi almost felt bad. Almost.

For now, he smiled back and scooted a bit to the side so Daddy Dos could sit beside him. The panda demihuman took the invitation. The bunnyboy could smell faint bamboo scent from him.

He wasn't being stereotypically racist. It's just what he can really smell. The smell of tall grass aka bamboo.

He could see the meal for today was the usual, and only the delivery man had changed. From the big grizzly bear to a big, awkward panda bear. Daddy Dos, at least, had a more soothing visage compared to the unruly picture of Daddy Uno.

Short, fluffy black hair and thin, but inviting eyes that make him seem perpetually smiling hehe. He's also a little smaller in height, but definitely a bit rounder than Daddy Uno. He's just huggable like that.

But Furan Shi had to remind himself this one is still a Moreno, however kind he may seem. He started eating.

"So.."

Oh no. He's starting a conversation.

"Feeling any better?"

Jinx had no choice but to be polite and carefully nod along. "Yes, daddy.. t-thank you for taking care of me..!"

Eugh. Daddy. That was a requirement for the two bunnies even if Daddy Dos wasn't explicitly ordering it. Otherwise Daddy Uno would whip him again. But even then, it seems Dos wasn't used to being a daddy.

Jinx decided on silence, not interested in continuing the conversation, to enjoy his lunch. But Daddy Dos wasn't done yet. "If you're still hurting, I can wipe some ointment for you…"

Ugh.

"... it's from a Selvan."

Oh, great, then. Daddy Dos picked up the bunnyboy's sudden interest in the topic, so he decided to further it. "The Selvans are all geniuses, or that's just how the rumors go," he continued. "At least, I know for a fact we can trust Anton Selvan half of the time."

And then he chuckled. Furan Shi cursed himself for feeling at ease from that chuckle alone that he subconsciously scooted closer to the panda again.

"Half of the time..?" he inquired before he could stop himself.

It was Daddy Dos' turn to beam up. Chuckling, he eagerly replied, "yes, when he's in a good mood."

And thus started a deeper conversation Furan Shi never asked for, but still invested in as he ate his breakfast. He never realized until then how much he missed a life of normalcy, or simply just another person's company.

He teared up at the thought.

"Are you okay?" Daddy Dos asked as the bunnyboy suddenly started shedding tears out of nowhere. Usually, he'd rub his back. But remembering Jinx's wounds, he opted to place a hand on top of Jinx's.

Jinx politely nodded. "Yes.. thank you, daddy.." He noted in his mind "Daddy Dos" only meant "father" to not make it feel weird for him to utter everytime.

The cart was wheeled out soon, the conversation ended, and then Furan Shi was alone again, sitting up on the bed and staring at his feet. His little chat with Daddy Dos was still fresh in his mind, making him smile out of nowhere.

With this, at least, he'd miss his corn snake less.

「 "Raum..?" 」

「 "Yes, host?" 」

「 "Do you have something that can help me with the mission progress? ૮(˶╥︿╥)ა 」

「 New! Mission: baby i suggest you try getting Daddy Uno's trust first~ trust me!! 」

「 "Eh, but isn't Daddy Dos the good bear? He should be easier to get, no?" 」

The world responded no more. Well, that's a mission, then. After resting for a while, Furan Shi crawled out of bed. He carefully stretched his recovering body as he slid on his bunny slippers, and with a new goal in mind, he exited his room.

He's going to Daddy Uno's territory in the house.

The resthouse may not be as big as the main house in the Fontaines' villa compound, but that wasn't to say it was small. There were separate bedrooms for all five of them, another bigger room for the servant's quarters, and then there were the facilities. The big kitchen, mini-library, dining area, bathrooms, the likes.. Furan Shi wasn't sure which room was Daddy Uno's, so he knocked at the first room in the left wing.

Turned out he was right. Daddy Uno opened it with a scowl, but upon seeing the bunnyboy he'd whipped too hard, he softened by a tad bit. "Bunny? Why are you here? I don't recall summoning you."

「 Using skill [Teary Eyes lvl 2] 」

「 Passive skill [Natural Charm lvl5] in effect 」

「 [Teary Eyes lvl 2] momentarily doubled. 」

Wow. It can do that???

Seeing the bunnyboy on the verge of crying, he changed his mind and pulled Jinx in, closing the door behind him after. "Aish, why are you about to cry again?"

Jinx immediately went in for an unsolicited hug just as Daddy Uno had closed the door. The bear initially wanted to push Jinx away, but feeling him tremble, he felt bad again. He wrapped his arms awkwardly around his bunnyboy's waist.

「 Using skill [Pouting lvl6] 」

Jinx looked up at him with that cute pout, along with his long, wet lashes batting so coquettishly. "Daddy… I'm sorry… okay? I won't be bad anymore.."

「 "Host, that's OOC." 」

「 "But is it forbidden, though?" 」

「 "... ugh you're making my job harder." 」

As Furan Shi was arguing with his system agent in his mind, Daddy Uno was stunned. The stubborn bunnyboy surrendering in their game? Finally admitting defeat and succumbing? His success didn't feel too satisfying at all, what with the bunnyboy basically beaten up so it was forced to surrender.

Meanwhile, Furan Shi grew more nervous after seeing the forming scowl on the man's face, so to salvage the situation, he nuzzled his head against the other's chest. Mm, such firm pecs.

"Please don't be mad at Jinx anymoreee… wuuuwuu.." With his final act of letting a tear escape the confines of his grip on his emotions, Daddy Uno caved in.

The man wiped his tear away for him with a calloused finger. "Baby, daddy's not mad anymore, alright?"

He chuckled, his voice resonating deep within the bunnyboy's guts that made him shiver subtly.

"Promise..?"

「 "Host, what are you doing? Slow down..!" 」

Daddy Uno ruffled his hair, his fingers then slowly trailing down one of Jinx's lop ears, tracing its outline down to the round tip. It felt good that the bunnyboy subconsciously closed his eyes.

Daddy Uno had to warn him, however. "Promise me not to be a brat anymore." He asked, which sounded like more of a command to the bunnyboy. Jinx nodded quietly and finally smiled.

"Yes… daddy.."

It seemed his smiling face was just as nice to look at as his crying face. Daddy Uno mentally carved it into his memories.

Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to secure his trust just yet. It was only the beginning, but Furan Shi was still getting started as well.
