AU. At Harry’s August 1995 trial in front of the Wizengamot for use of underage magic and

violating the Statute of Secrecy,



Lucius Malfoy and Dolores Umbridge got Harry convicted,

and got Harry sentenced to death by Kiss.



(“Kind” Dumbledore asked that Harry be “merely”

sent to Azkaban for life.)



But as the Dementor is drawing close to Harry, something

unexpected happens.
