Chapter1: Ep2; sad ending

The next morning I woke up as early as 7am in the morning to prepare myself . although have done all of that during the night . Mummy prepared me a little breakfast before we left the house . My mum was the one that was going to be accompanying me to the school the. And my bus was already waiting for me since 7:35am in the morning.

It took us some few hours before we got to the school. At the site of seeing the school from few miles away I was so excited . I couldn't wait to come down from the bus.

" We don reach o", The bus owner said in pingin language.

My mother paid him for his services and we left we entered into the school heading to the school office .

The building of University of Lagos was very huge . All I can think about was that the school was painted in butter colour but I can't really describe it laugh out loud. With someone's direction we were able to locate the lecturer's office.

" Have your sit ma'am", The man said politely.

" Thank you sir ", My mom said

After so many discussion and screening they finally took me to my hostel where I will be staying . Of course my mom followed me she wouldn't leave me 😂. I met most of my room mate that I was going to be staying with also.

After My mom access the hostel and the apartment she reminded me of her advice and handed a Mini bible to me. My room mate was just staring at us because they were surprised.

There were four people in that apartment with step by step beds that's how I can describe it . I observed that not all of them are in my grade only three were in my grade and the rest of the two were in there where in the same level with me while the other one was in 200 level level.

" Hi am shade am in 100 level", she said stretching her hands towards me for acceptance.

" Am Mitchelle by name but you can call me Mitch for Short...", I hadn't finished when a female student entered by interrupting me.

" Wow are you the new student", she asked me graping me .

" Don't mind her that's how she do behaves

she's so lousy " ,shade said removing the girl's hands from my clothe

" I am Bella my love and am also in your.level dear", she said.

Suddenly I spotted a girl sitting down quietly on her bed, she does not seems to be welcoming. My room mates observed me

" Ooh I forgot to introduce you to Ade ", she took me to where the quiet Ade was sitting .

" Ade meet Mitchelle our new roommate " , she turned to me and said " Mitch meet Ade she's in 200 level.

The girl only raised her head and nodded . I was so full of surprise because to me the girl was no fun to talk to.

" She's so quiet.. why is that ", I whispered into bella ears.

" Yeah she's so quiet and gentle since I came here three months ago she has always been like that always minding her business but the funniest path is that she's very very intelligent", bella said

" Yeah that's true " , shade agreed with her

The room was very big and large each person as her own wardrobes and reading table and a dining table was in the center of the room. The apartment also had a small book case for each persons and a wide veranda.

" Wow I never expected this place to be as big as. This ", I said.

" Well this is vip section", Bella said demonstrating with her hands.

On site of seeing Bella she's a crazy girl and likes living her life the way she wanted it to be as long as her parents provided whatsoever she needs. She was also the same height as me but two years older than I was, she was fair and beautiful on the other hand shade was 19 years old, three years older than me as for Ade I had no idea then because of her quietness but I figured out that she's the same age as me only few months ahead . I was amazed that this girl could be a genius .

Back to the Apartment . The apartment also had a kitchen inside of it. Very fine and expensive kitchen with the necessary things student needs there. No wonder it was called a VIP section. Each persons also had her own cupboard with a little padlock.

I never thought of leaving the apartment because its already seems to be interesting.

Not too long a female student I thought was of their age batched into the room with anger written all over her face.

" Who the hell ate the food I cooked this morning I thought you guys said you weren't hungry that I should eat it alone.... Who's that fool...'', she yelled. I never knew what her name was.

" Baby calm down", The two girls who I guessed might have eaten the food were rubbing her back to cool down her tamper a bit.

" Won't you calm down eeh baby... This is our new roommate her name is Mitchelle .Mitch for short.'', shade introduced me.

" Wow so you are the beautiful damsel people have being taking about ", she said looking at me seducingly. I knew she was joking .

" Well am Jane my love and it's my pleasure to meet such a beautiful celebrity..." She was interrupted by bella

" Mama shut up joor which one is celeb now", Bella teased.

" Calm down naw I just dey joke " , Jane said. I only laughed but I was taking some styles to look at Ade .

But normally she seems to be a good girl that I can follow but to me she's a bit boring.

" Girls hope you told her the girly rule ", I taught to myself ... What girly rule... I guess this where the problem was begining to start. They dragged me to where the dining table was playfully and told me most of things I needed to know.

" Well one thing you must know as roommate we are likely to be sisters ", Jane said

" Yeah", Bella agreed with her

"Most importantly we don't hide anything from each other , we share our personal stuffs with each other even eat together go for parties...", I interrupted her .

"Parties?, I asked

"Sorry haven't you been to a party before " , Jane asked .

" Haven't you been to parties like girlies night, clubbing..." , They were looking at my face searching for the right answers.

"Well..." , she interrupted me immediately

" Girls this Friday night I will be going for clubbing night with my boyfriend", Jane said

I widen my eyes with surprise . I was shocked what kind of school would allow a student to live by that time of the night. I was so curious to ask . So I decided to ask

" How will you live the school vacinity", I asked .

They just looked at me and laughed hard I was becoming very angry at that.

" Don't tell me you haven't sneak before from your parents house", Bella said to me with surprise all over her face .

" Sneak?",

" Yeah she's going to be sneaking out Friday night to the club to see her rich boyfriend", shade . With the look on my face

" Wait don't tell me you don't have one ", Jane asked.

" Eww I don't .. why will I ", I said . They looked at me and laughed even more harder .

" Jeez we need to get you one at the moment " , bella said laughing . I felt like hitting her head.

'' I guess she's a momma's girl... Awwn momma's favorite child .. am sure they have really filled your head with a lot of talks before coming here", Jane Added

Mummy's girl what do they mean by that. I mean am just 16. How will I get myself a boyfriend when I know the consequences... of course my mom told me not to have bad companies but they seems to be a little bit like them . Come to think of it... sneaking out in the middle of the night!!!!! What kind of sense is that like seriously? .. There's no way I can avoid them because they were my room mates

" See my darling... University is a place where you live your life free ... Free has a bird ... Where no one tells you what and what not to do...girl now you have the opportunity use it well o . Well that's your own choice to choose not mine", shade said.

" Yeah that's your choice ... We won't force you into what you don't want to do oohk?.. so don't see us as a bad person", Jane said.

" That's true we are just living our best of the best lives oohk ", Bella added

Upon hearing that, my mind was at rest again that means they won't force me ... Wow they were so nice to me. I pray our friendship ends well.

" Girls am going out to get my pizza from the mall", Jane said

" Well we are going with you ", Shade said

"Yeah am in what about you Mitch?", Bella asked

" I want to arrange my stuffs before any other thing" , I replied

" No problem we're going to be back wethin a short period of time just take care of yourself " , they said and they all left.

After arranging my stuffs they weren't back yet so I decided to have some chat with Ade

" Hi ", I said

" Hi ", she replied back facing her book again

" Can I seat next to you please?", I asked politely.

"Yeah sure ", she replied me with a smile, I love the similes on her face she was the definition of black is beautiful.

"Well I mean to ask... " She interrupted me

" Well I know what you wanted to ask me so no need... What do you want from me ", she asked a little bit rude

" I... I ...I wan.. wanted", I began to stammer.

I felt so ashamed.

" I don't mean to be rude to you but all the advice I can l give to you is to be careful ", she said

" Follow your heart not your brain", she said holding my hands.

I was trying to understand what she was trying to say before Bella and co walked in. They brought most of my favorites that's Pringles my favorite snacks they also gave some to Ade.

We sat at our dining table to exhaust the snacks when Bella boyfriend called

" Babe ? ", Bella spoke through the phone

" Hope you are spending some night over here this Friday" , Her boyfriend said.

" But I don't have transport o" , she said mouthing something with us which o didn't understand.

" Am sending you 500k for your transport fare right away ", He said

" Awwn that's so sweet of you . Love you baby you are the best " , she said and hangup the call.

" What did he say", I asked because I wanted to know.

" my baby just sent me 500k'' , she said showing us the screen of her phone

"Awwn your boyfriend is so generous ", shade said.

I know right", She said smiling to her phone

" But wait.... How will your own boyfriend send you #500k and you don't even know the kind of job that's he doing '', I said

" Well ... does it even matter?" , Bella replied still looking at her phone.

" It matters young lady ... Now give me that money right away before I do something that you will regret " , I said jokingly .

They all laughed but I was still wondering how on earth a young boy of about 20 years old sends his girlfriend 500k .... like I mean what kind of job can fetch him that kind of huge amount of money. Maybe he his from a wealthy home That's why.

" So guys am going to be putting on my sexy, pinky ,seducing...." , Bella said leaking lips

" Go girl", Jane was hailing her.

" Reveling mini dress this Friday night ", She said still leaking her lips.

" You are not serious " , I said laughing

" Shhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy... Guess what ".

" What baby girl ", shade asked

" Desmond is gonna be sweeping off my cop webs tooo", She said happily

" What's that? ", I asked

" That means they are going to be high that night" Shade said.

"High?, I asked again.

" He will take me to heaven ", she said massaging her breast.

" Why can't he take you to hell", Ade teased

I was surprised she even talked . That means she don't talk all that much

" Mitch they will be having some SEX that night you know what I mean " , she spelt the words for me and I laughed

I was asking myself if their parents knew what they were doing like seriously? . But anyways that's none of my damn business what I need now is to face my studies.

Not quite long My mom called . I already knew she was going to call.

" Hello mom!!!", I screamed on top of my voice that my class mate at had to run to check up on me if I was okay.

" Shut up you bitch it's mivera dummy", shit that was my senior sister it's so surprising that she used my mom's phone to call me.

" What is it ? don't tell me you are missing me already ", I said

" Who's missing who , I don't miss anybody I just called to check up on you", suddenly I had my mom's voice .

" Is that mom's voice? ", I asked wanting to hear from her", Its already seems like years to me .

" Ooh my baby am already missing you ", My mom said feeling a bit sorry for me and sounding a bit tensed.

" Mommmm stop it... It just today I left home you are already missing me ", I said.

" Of course you know mummy loves you ",

I was happy to hearing My mom's voice again even though she's going to be calling me from time to time.

" Awwn baby of the house she's already missing mummy ", Bella teased.

" I wished my own mom was alive too...",Ade send already crying

We went there to console her.

" You should be happy that you have a supportive father unlike my own father who went ahead to marry a second wife ... All of you are so lucky" , shade said

"Don't say that we are here for each other like Jane told me ... We are now like sisters", I said to make them feel a bit happy.

There was a long silence so I decided to cut it off

" So guys who's gonna play game", I said to make them feel good.

" Am in o ", Jane said

" What game is that", Ade surprisenly said something .

" Well let play ludo game I brought from my home", I said .

They agreed we played ludo for some hours let me say two hours. We played other games too . It was fun

It's now getting dark on the outside . Its was around 10:45pm in the night am just most people in their apartment had slept off . But we were still talking , gisting and laughing

" Guys , we have to sleep early today", Ade said.

" Why", I asked

"Come off it Mitch this is not secondary school. Haven't you been given your schedule book by the registrar. We are having class tomorrow morning as early as 7am in the morning.", Bella said. My eyes widen no wonder they gave me a small book but I never knew what it was meant for and I didn't bother to ask.

" Don't tell you don't know about that ", shade asked.

" Well I was given a book but I never asked what it was meant for ", I said.

" Well... If you must no that's your schedule book that you will be using till your next semester", Ade said.

" Wow ", I exclaimed.

" So girls don't sleep late ... remember the words that says early to bed early to rise...", Jane was interrupted.

" See who's talking ", shade teñsed

Few minutes later everyone had fallen asleep expect for me. I was wondering how....

AND MITCHELLE DOSES OFF....
