The Olympics

Draco was a teen and always watches the 'Olympic Games' every night. Ever since he was young, he has dreamt to be in at least 1 round in the Olympics. He really wants to join but it's in Canada. He wished that there was a chance at his school to join it, but of course, even if his school had it, his parents wasn't the type to let him... Will he ever be able to join, with or without the school, with his parents, and even if he could, will he win it?
