Soros nodded nervously, "Did I guess wrong?"
Anna shook her head wordlessly, "Soros, you never know what I like, so you better stop."
She took a breath and raised her head, "You know why I like coming here? It's because the entrees here are your favorite. You have a bad stomach and this is the only place you can eat."
"So ...... what do you like to eat?" Soros hadn't even expected that answer from Anna. He thought they just happened to both like the food here. It never occurred to him that she had accommodated him.
"Does it matter?" She asked again, "We're not together anymore and I'm not pestering you. So did you suddenly fall in love with me?"
Soros subconsciously shook his head and blurted out, "How can that be?"
Anna smiled and shrugged, "See, I knew it would be. So let's just leave each other alone."
With that, she got up to go outside, but her wrist was grabbed by Soros.
He said, "Anna, you can't go."
