Feels AI generated at times. The MC gets stronger or weaker depending on the situation and does insanely stupid stuff to further the plot or make thing intense.

I was confused none of the reviews brought up AI or the writing inconsistencies, you have Speedy changing gender and his powers fluctuating. Could be either but with some of the leftover words and paragraphs, I'd say this was rewritten AI content. the kamen rider stuff is fun, and it definitely imrpoves after chapter 40 and so this gets 3 stars honestly. it's a good brain off read if you wanna see kamen rider in DC but don't expect great writing.

Overall the story is inconsistent and forced, for example mc being able to be invulnerable to bullets and a few chapters later, his not. Additionally it is heavily dependent on AI, worst the writing is bad.
