Chapter 6

I looked over at the elf and was stunned by her body. Unlike most girls, her body had a physique that showed she worked out. I was able to somewhat sense the mana within a person... I sensed almost nothing inside her. That small amount she used to cause her eyes to glow almost used up all her storage of mana... no, she learned to control the amount of mana she used up so that a small amount of mana could allow her to use her eye technique for a long time. And like all elves, she was beautiful, she had long white hair and a face that transcended anyone from my old earth.

[The Elf]-

[Merlin]-

"The spell I cast? I think it's new, I didn't mean to cast it, it just happened on its own," I said to which the Elf nodded while thinking to herself.

"Adding the fact you cast a spell using the mana in the area, you should have used the magic of the gods. They have the power to command the mana in the air to do their will, that seems to be what you did." She said lightly, leaving not only me but everyone who heard her stunned.

"Really? My first time casting a spell and I was so amazing at it?" I asked with bright eyes, I was truly a genius. I wouldn't take long to get this whole magic thing down.

"F-first time?" The elf and everyone were shocked at my words. There were two reasons for their shock, spells that affected the soul were extremely rare, on top of that I used the mana in the air to cast a spell.

"Good... You would be my husband." The elf said with a smile, to think she could find the perfect person to give her the perfect seed... she was happy.

"W-what?" I said with a stunned look, I wasn't the only person stunned as the whole restaurant was shocked, for marrying an elf was the dream of countless people. They held this pride about them thanks to their outstanding beauty, they rarely married outside their own race.

"I want you to be my husband," She said calmly, just to look over as Stella slammed her palm while throwing her a warning glare. But after sizing her up for a moment, Stella smirks.

"I knew I saw you before... you're that princess who was disowned for being born with no mana," Stella said with narrowed eyes, causing the air to go quiet before everyone remembered that princess.

The princess of one of the kingdoms of the elves, born without mana, was fated to grow up without the hopes of ever being a warrior or a mage. As everyone began to start mocking her, taking pleasure in kicking someone when they were down, Stella glared at the elf to go away... but the elf ignored her, simply looking into my curious eyes.

"You have such a low amount of mana, you must also be amazing if you were able to join the academy... I'm Blaze." I said with a smile, making her smile while shaking my hand.

"Nice to meet you, husband. I'm Luna... when should I take your seed?" She asked with a smile, causing me to blink. I almost said we could go back to my place, but I didn't get the chance as Stella jumped forward cutting down with her sword.

Luna wasted no time, blocking Stella's attack with her spear... the shocking thing was that she used one hand, and 1 hand and she fully blocked Stella's attack, and even pushed her back, before her spear rested at Stella's neck. Instantly everyone went quiet at the sight... she was strong.

"What's wrong princess?" Luna asked with a smirk,

"No need to fight," I said quickly, not liking to see my wives fighting... wait, when did they become my wives?

Luna didn't do more, putting her sword away, leaving Stella stunned that she was defeated by someone who wasn't using Mana. Sure, she wasn't going all out and was holding back by a lot... but still, Luna was also holding back by a lot as well.

"So... why do you want to marry me?" I asked in confusion

"I want to marry a strong mage, that way our child could have some impressive genetics," Luna said moving to sit next to me, but Shizuno moved, sitting next to me. Luna frowned while looking at Shizuno, but that frown disappeared as she wasn't bothered much.

"Getting to my current level of strength was... hell, I don't want my child to have to endure such a thing. It's the duty of a mother to do everything in their power to ensure their child's future is bright, so I wish to marry you." Luna said with a gentle smile while sitting opposite me.

"... you're talking like you're dying," I said to which Luna sadly smiled but to the shock of me, Shizu, and Stella she nodded.

"Yes, I'm reaching a point where I should try to have a child, or it would be impossible for me to have a child later down the road. I only have the chance to have one child... so, before I die, I wish to have a child, while ensuring my child is as talented as possible." She said while looking deeply at me,

"There are other talented mages in the academy, go to them. He is just a kid." Shizu said while having me sit on her lap.

"No, he isn't a kid, he is 17 years old... and I have chosen him. How can I go for anything less after picking him? Unless he rejects me, I will not give up on him." She said with a smile. This caused Shizu and Stella's eyes to fall on me, causing me not to know what to say for a moment, but I slowly spoke.

"How about we start as friends first? Marriage is a huge jump if we don't know each other." I said lightly, to which Luna nodded calmly...

Back to Merlin, she had an almost insane look in her eyes. How couldn't she? All her life, she had pushed the limits to magic to touch upon the level of the gods, this allowed her to be able to use demi-god level of magic. This meant the mana in the air gathered to help her cast spells, but what she saw me do... and on my first try?

She waved her hands, having a screen appear before her to replay the event of the spell being cast. She slowly laughed and began laughing louder, seemingly going mad.

"Such high talent, you don't have divinity, yet you could command the mana in the air to your will..." Merlin let out a soft breath... what type of a man would Merlin fall in love with? She didn't know until now... She didn't care how ugly or what race you were, but to have such a law-breaking talent for magic... it moved her heart in ways only when she made a new discovery in magic, would move her.
