My Uncle My Husband

Arjuna lay flat on Raihan’s bed, one arm covering his eyes as his mind wrestled with a flood of thoughts. He jumped from one event to another, ransacking his memories, searching for scattered puzzle pieces—trying to find a way out of the labyrinth still trapping him in darkness. 


The cheerful face of a handsome young man lit up as he called out to Arjuna, who was busy working on some notes at his desk. 


"What?" Arjuna replied, glancing briefly at his older brother, Raihan. 


"I'm being assigned to work with someone who always drove me nuts..." 


"Then why do you look so happy?!" Arjuna quipped, giving him a suspicious look. 


Raihan’s joy was impossible to miss—his grin stretching wide with excitement. 


"You’re weird, bro... If you’re paired with someone you can’t stand, you should be annoyed, in a bad mood... but here you are, all smiles," Arjuna muttered as he tidied up his papers.
